Description

80/20 Bronze are our brightest acoustic strings, made to give your guitar an unparalleled shine. With the addition of our XT coating, these 80/20 strings obtain advanced corrosion resistance, resulting in an increased lifespan compared to standard acoustic strings. XT 80/20 Bronze strings are constructed with a NY Steel core, 80/20 bronze wrap wire, and Fusion Twist technology which, in addition to lasting longer, allows them to defy breakage and maintain pitch better, all while preserving the bold, bright tone 80/20 is known for. This 12-56 Light Top/Medium Bottom gauge set has powerful low-end, while maintaining flexibility for soloing.

I'm a professional entertainer. I play around 100 shows a year and put these strings on my Yamaha Elec acoustic. I'm a rhythm player and lead vocalist. My guitarist suggested I use these. These are the best strings I've been able to find on the market. The XT 80/20 phos-Bronze 12 top / 56 bottoms gives the big low end and the bend in the high E that keeps you from breaking them. This is a good deal these strings are usually $14 a pack. These are the XT extended life strings so you get that ring out clarity for about double the length of a normal set. I don't know about you but I change my strings alot and 100% is tone related. I don't find myself having to change them as often. And they don't buzz like most coated strings do until they are broken in. Broken in on these only takes five to ten minutes and they go go go ... show more

Solo tengo 1 mes probandolas y estan en buen estado y en tono pero no se comparan a las originales 80/20 sin revestimiento donde el sonido es real y superior pero lo malo es que las originales se dañan muy rapido (3 semanas). En conclusion; tal como es mi caso que no toco tanto la guitarra acustica por tanto prefiero colocarle las HT para que duren un poco mas y no estar cambiando cuerdas. ... show more
