I received the bars in a timely manner and on schedule. Fairly easy to set up and install after a little OCD centering. Comes with an Allen tool and keys. Locking side covers are ridiculous. They are just plastic side covers. Like a lock on Tupperware. Pointless. That being said they fit well. Grip well. Look to be non marring. I haven't had a chance to throw the canoe up there yet but I like the build quality and I'm kinda picky. ... show more

Got these for 2022 Kia k5 and also bought the Erkul ski rack to slide on rails for my snowboards. Cross rails mounted easily. Does disrupt the rubber flashing when doors are closed but I don’t think that will cause damage or leaking. The ski rack that I bought additionally slides nicely making everything look like one unit. Nice for season to season but will keep it off during summer when not needed. Locks nicely. Buying both was expensive for a roof rack system but seems to be worth the value so far. in the pics it’s the roof rails and additional ski carrier purchased separately holding a set of skis and snowboard. ... show more

Excellent rack, made well, high end materials and build. Even better customer service. Installing the rack my son broke a tab on one of the locking covers. I called the number later that night west coast time. At 6:30 am the next morning Wali personally called me back and was more than happy to send me a new cover free of charge. Fits actually really well and hasn't leaked any water into my car like previous crossrails. Product came with defective plastic parts but customer service was very helpful and was able to give me replacement parts! Update 01/05/2024: This is the second time I've had one of the plastic pieces fly off while driving. Although it's not an integral part for the functionality of the unit, it's definitely an eye sore. The seller fixed this issue last time with a replacement part but I just wish replacement parts like this were available for purchase. Final review: 3/5 ... show more

If possible I'd have given it zero stars. Other than the crossbars there's almost only plastic parts. The plastic parts are all too brittle. Even after reading multiple reviews regarding how everything is prone to breaking, it was much worse. The locks are a joke. The covers for the locks can be pulled off with your fingers. The wind noise will push you over the edge in less than 5 minutes. If this was priced at $20, it would be too expensive. 99% of reviews I've written have been about how I've raved about a product. If the only thing you want on the roof are racks, with nothing to carry on the rack, I don't think it's up to the task. There is nothing positive to say about this product. ... show more
