At first I was so exited about the chair. It is nice looking, and pretty comfortable. Putting it together was easy enough. But then after my young nephew and I both sat in it for about 5 minutes each. I went to move the chair and one of the wheels had broke apart. A piece of a wheel just broke right off the chair. My nephew only weighs about 75 pounds, and I'm below 300. This chair says it can hold up to 330 pounds. So that should not be why it broke. The worst part is that I couldn't put the chair together right away when delivered. I was in the hospital, then laid up, then traveling for 2 weeks. So by time I was able to get out built, it was part the return date with Amazon. I did call and explained the situation. The only thing offered to me was a $5 credit to try to buy a new wheel. So I then emailed the manufacturer explaining everything, and never heard back from them. So I paid over $170 for a chair that broke the first time we sat in it. Now the chair does not roll easily. And I'm afraid to sit in it because I don't want it breaking more. Update: after posting this review the seller reached out to me to see what they could do to fix my problem. So they are going to send me a new wheel so my chair will be fixed. I can't wait to enjoy my chair finally! ... show more

This is my first actual gaming chair, & I spent HOURS researching & looking at a bazillion other chairs before going with this one. After owning & using this chair for over 6 months now, I can definitely give this chair an accurate review, vrs a first impression like you get in here so often. So here is my review… The first thing to catch my eye was the color. I was so pleased to see it was true to the photos. It’s also perfection & exactly what I wanted. Secondly, I had a couple requirements I wanted to make sure were met. First off, I I have a bad back, including scoliosis, so good back support was a just. Second, since I will sometimes spend hours at my computer gaming, a comfortable seat area was a necessity I couldn’t afford to go without. The main reason I was able to narrow it down to this chair, is bc of the comments. I kept noticing people mentioning how comfortable this chair was of this chair was. Then I also kept seeing people complaining of comfort while reading the reviews of the other couple WAY more expensive chairs I was deciding between, so that’s why I chose this chair over those. Finally, I needed to have a chair with a food stool because prior to this, I had been using an actual recliner! 🤣🤣🤣 I also wanted to mention the quality of this chair! For some reason, I was actually shocked while pulling out all the pieces, especially the legs, bc they were all so nice & heavy duty. Bc of how affordable this chair was, I was expecting to legs & maybe arm rests to be this flimsy, light, & cheap material but it’s the complete opposite. I absolutely love this chair & am sooo happy I bought it!! The ONLY complaint I have, is the instruction manual. The directions to assemble the chair consisted of a couple pictures that not thorough in any way, & didn’t have any written directions. While putting the chair together, it got a bit confusing a couple times, but thankfully I figured it out. The great price & everything else made it completely worth it though, & I would do it again in a heart beat!! ... show more
