Sturdy with an unobtrusive low profile. The band thickens near the stone which I didn't like. I found that it didn't look elegant on my finger because of the thickness. The media could not be loaded. I just HAD to write a review. For once all the talk and rave reviews were right, this ring is stunning in person. I was really impressed for the price point of this ring at how much it mimics a real diamond. I've wasted my money on many CZ rings to no avail. I miscalculated on the ring size, it runs a little large. And I also conservatively ordered a 1 karat but in person it's actually really small so I recommend going up a size. I will be ordering another ring as a back up since I love it so much and that one will be a larger stone. The media could not be loaded. People who say this doesn't look like a diamond must not know what a diamond looks like. I have a few diamond pieces and this is virtually indistinguishable. Here's the deal. Most diamonds aren't flawless colorless and super brilliant ;however if they were, this ring would be their identical twin. It's sparkles and acts like a flawless diamond which is almost unheard of but it DOES look like a diamond. I have other Swarovski cz and bought this ring specifically because of that. My other Swarovski cz is the only cz including more expensive cz that looks EXACTLY like my diamond jewelry. The setting is nice and shiny. I actually didn't buy this when I be originally saw it because people complained about the bows on the setting but I honestly can't tell it's a bow. Looks like a little crown. It does sit very low, I love that but don't think anything except a curved or v shaped band will sit flush with it.I hope it holds up because I'm hoping to wear this ring for quite some time. I'm going to pair it with a plain silver band. I love it. I photographed it in the dark because it looks be amazing even in the dark. I show it next to a more expensive cz on my pinky and a 3/4 CT diamond earring with the Swarovski on my ring finger. I gave it 5 stars because it's a great ring especially for the price. The setting isn't spectacular, not bad at all but upon obsessive inspection (if you know what I mean)it's not as perfect as it could be. Lovely tho and it WILL BE on my finger for a long time to come ๐Ÿ˜Š UPDATE: so I switch my engagement rings a lot and was looking for a new one and found this.
