Had a bit of anxiety when I saw the box marked "made in China" As I had just helped someone put together a different style frame where all the parts were miss labeled, and half of the hardware was missing. Folks.. I was quite impressed when I opened this box! Things were zip tied, and bolted together with extra shipping bolts, so stuff doesn't move around. 140lb box and nothing was scrached,dinged or out of place! And I gotta say the instructions were easily followed, and ACTUALLY made SENSE! The materials are very heavy duty and seem very well crafted. Everything works great. I also like the height options on the legs,. Worth the extra $!

Our king size adjustable base, is just what I was hoping for, and more! It was pretty simple to assemble. Read the directions. We did not even have to lay things out ahead of time. We just read the directions, and began putting it together. My husband, did not even need my help to assemble. It can be put together, by 1 person. I really like that the remote is cordless, and the Zero gravity setting! It's amazing! The motor is quiet. It functions very well, and sturdy. It is good height. It's easy to store items underneath frame. Great value!

It's super heavy when delivered...so put it in a place where you can open it and bring piece's in 1 or 2 at a time. I put this together by myself,easy to follow directions...took me about an hour...I was in no hurry...it works great! Very stable..the adjustability is great...has helped my husband with his snoring!

This frame/ base is surprisingly inexpensive for what it is. It works great. It was easy to assemble. The directions were great. The only thing is that it was very heavy all in one box also, it’s on the tall side.. we ordered a 14 inch mattress and the bed is kind of high for me. Maybe we should’ve went with smaller mattress. The one thing I think that would make it better is if the legs could be adjustable to make it closer to the floor otherwise it’s not a waste of money, it’s actually just as good as any I Could’ve bought.

I put this together 2 weeks after surgery, by myself, with two kids stealing my screws. The directions/pictures are clear. The package is very very heavy. All in all, great product for the price. Works well, quiet motor, stable steel frame and thick stable feet.

I contacted the seller about my bed not working after a week. I had it looked at as it would no go down. I asked for new actuators and they said it was the controller. So I went to take a video and nothing works. I have been back snd forth with the seller for weeks. I have taken it down and put up my old bed frame. The seller does answer but is not willing to fix the problem. The process of going back snd forth was also pain. I would buy the actuators on line but couldn’t find one that matched. Update. The company did make this purchase right and sent me actuator to fix my problem. It is working fine now

This frame is honestly perfect for anyone looking to get an adjustable. It is sturdy and very strong. The bar at the bottom secures the mattress really well and it’s true to sized for the support. The motor is loud but I don’t care because it works. You also have to pay shipping but its still cheaper than other options that came with free shipping. Assembly is not fun as this this is packed so snugly into the box it’s hard to get out. (But it would be hard for this to truly be damage in shipping because it’s packed so well) The directions weren’t the best but also weren’t bad at all. They could be better though they were accurate so I can’t really complain. You will need a team lift to get this up any stairs because it is HEAVY as other reviews have mentioned. The remote is truly wireless and is easy to run and connect. It even stays connected if your power goes out or it is unplugged and plugged back in. I did a lot of review reading and comparing when purchasing a frame especially not being able to try them out but I'm very pleased with choosing this one.
