The condition of the item was as if it had never been used before. And it was a genuine Apple product. Came with all manuals, including the Apple and Beats stickers. My iPhone found the headphones immediately and connected with no issue. The battery life is outstanding as well as the sound quality. They are the larger ones so they come a little bit bulky, but for any music enthusiast, I would recommend these headphones over AirPods, AirPod pros or AirPod Max. They are built very sturdy and are made to last. I was reluctant to purchase refurbished, but was surprisingly pleased with the product.
