When I first got this chair, I was mildly satisfied. It was a nice design and pleasant color and it was generally comfortable. You can tell that the material is lightweight and cheap, but you get what you pay for, so I wasn't upset. I got this chair about 3 months ago, and today, I realized that one of the welds holding one of the legs to the chair is COMING PART. After only 3 month of use. The leg is literally pulling apart from the chair. I guess any day now, that leg will fall off, and the chair will be completely unusable. It wasn't like this when I received it, and I don't do anything aggressive with my chair to lead to this - I just sit in it! (I weight 125 lbs) I don't even move it from its spot by my desk. Nothing I did could have caused this, so I have to assume it's due to poor design and construction. Unfortunately, it's way too late to return it, but I recommend getting a different chair if you want to use it for more than a COUPLE OF MONTHS! In the pictures, you can tell that this is completely UNSAFE and terrible quality. There's supposed to be a cover that lays over the top of this part - I guess that is there to hide the defective welds. Very dissatisfied, and I guess I better start looking for a new chair before I topple out of this one.

It’s a good chair. The pad could use a better cushion. It’s not uncomfortable it just somehow feels cheap. The arms go up but not all the way they still kind of hang down and I find that annoying. I like the lumbar support and the head rest. I have sciatica and this chair hasn’t flared it up. I would buy from this company again. If the seat was better the chair would be a 4.5 all day.
