Everything is adjustable, this chair allows you to adjust from your neck to shoulder, to back, to waist, and arm to suit your body. Every part of them are designed to fit your body just like your own custom chair. I am 5 feet 7, and this is the first time that I feel my chair is designed for my height, and even if you are 6 feet tall, it shouldn’t be a problem fitting your body. The neck support helps you feel relaxed by leaning on it, which is actually very helpful. The waist support wraps your waist around and provides a sense of security when you turn sideways or lean on the side. I purchased the white color to match my bedroom, absolute modern looking. The feeling of watching videos and leaning back on the chair is better than the chair in AMC. Finally, yes I would recommend the Ergonomic Chair for those that sit for a long time every day. Didn’t even last a month before the material started to shows it’s quality. Cheap material and a non-functioning lumbar support dial. Sitting broken in my garage after just 2 months, don’t waste your money.

I recently bought an ergonomic office chair that’s similar to one I purchased before, but this time I chose a gray color because I have three cats who love lounging on my chair. The black chair I had before made cat hair really visible, which was frustrating to clean every day. Gray fabric, on the other hand, does a much better job of hiding fur and still looks tidy even when my cats nap on it. The chair was also incredibly easy to assemble, it took very little time and effort. Updated review: I was not asked to update my review but I I am updating it to five star for their excellent customer service for resolving our issue. I got a full refund for the chair and the process was smooth. It broke in a week:( the back support just cracked and broke when leaning backwards. I had not purchased the insurance so there was nothing I could do about it but throwing it out. And the chair is not cheap. ... show more

Chair was lopsided once built (yes I built it correctly). Also, the headrest was broken. I tried to return it and Amazon customer service told me I did NOT have to disassemble it, that I could leave it on my porch and UPS would pick it up for the return. This was a lie, UPS said I had to disassemble and repack it. The chair cannot be disassembled once put together. Huge waste of time and money. ... show more
