After many years of trying to stuff our tree into it's original box, we finally broke down and purchased this item. Our thoughts now are that we should have done this many years ago. The storage bag has plenty of room. What we did was keep the original box and place it inside the storage bag. This gives the bag a bit of a structure that made it easier to place the tree inside the box that was inside the storage bag. The bag was big enough so that we didn't have to stuff the entire tree into the box. The only purpose again for the box was to give the bag a bit of structure. There are carry handles attached to the bag which made it easy to carry. It appears to be well suited to keep the tree dust free. The storage bag fits perfect in our garage on top of a storage cabinet as shown in the photo. This storage bag was a good value and I would recommend it.

Exactly what I expected. I’m using it for garland and it holds a lot! Fairly sturdy, but I’ll be careful not to snag it anywhere because it’s not “heavy duty.” Functional and practical. I can’t adjust as to how it would hold a Christmas tree.
