Update: CYKOV saw my frustrated original review (below) and how I was past the return window, personally emailed me about it, and made it right for me with a full refund, no questions asked. They did not even require that I send the chair back to them. I appreciate that level of customer care and integrity from a company. As you can see from my very frustrated original review, this chair is not a good fit for me. I don't think it's poor quality, though--it's sturdy, it has a nice saddle seat and mesh back, and the arms, while too long to suit my purposes, are a comfortable soft fabric and have a nice shape. I think someone who actually wants to recline with a footrest would really enjoy this chair. Thanks again to CYKOV for turning this frustrating experience into a positive one. Original review: I've had this chair for three months now. It is my daily use chair in my home office. The lumbar support advertised as adjustable up and down can't move far, and is way too low for the small of my back, so I've had to add a lumber support pillow onto the chair or it kills my back. The arms are comfortable enough, but they stick out really far in the front, and the height is ONLY right where it starts. I can't adjust them out of the way to be able to pull my keyboard tray close enough to use properly. This has caused a lot of wrist pain as I have to keep the chair too low, so I'm reaching up a little to access the mouse. If I could return the chair at this point, I would, because I spent what is a good chunk of money for me on this and now I'm looking at either replacing it or removing the arms in order to be able to use it. Seriously, I'm about to take the arms off to be able to use my keyboard tray and mouse without pain. The mesh back is nice, the saddle cushion is pretty nice, and I think the base of the chair is really sturdy and solid. I never use it to lean back in, so the footrest and leaning back functions are sort of going to waste. Oh, well. I'm never buying a chair again that cannot adjust the height of the arm rests.

This is a great chair at a great price, but what really stands out is the customer service! When my chair arrived, the regular height was about 2 inches too tall for me, so I couldn't flat-foot the floor. (70cm leg inseam at 5'9, for reference!) I saw in another review someone had contacted customer support to ask for a shorter gas cylinder, and did the same. Sure enough, they sent me a shorter stem for free!! Now this chair fits me perfectly! I love the green color! It's a subdued, mossy, olive-y green. The fabric is comfortable and the pleather is stuffed plush. The recline and height are easy to adjust and the recline to lock. Note, though, the back doesn't recline independently from the seat - they move together, as shown in the images. The lumbar support is nice and easy to adjust. The whole thing feels sturdy. The adjustment is simple - press down on the handle to lower, and press up to raise. Pull outwards to unlock the tilt, and lean back however you'd like. Push inwards to lock the tilt in one of 4 positions: upright, leaned back some, leaned back more, and leaned super back! Unlock, and lean back again a bit, and the tilt is free again. Twist the big cap on the bottom to increase or decrease tilt resistance, as well. I'll be sure to update this review if I run into longevity issues. If you don't see any updates, then there haven't been any issues :) Edit: Jul 9th '24: still no issues, but heads up that the base/wheels area is the perfect size to eat a Roomba. It often catches mine, but not a big deal. Doesn't hurt the Roomba, just gets it stuck and it can't get itself back out

I previously purchased another office chair from this company and I really like it. They asked me to test this NEW model with the reclining and footrest feature at no net cost to me. The chair arrived with an Amazon carton over the manufacturer's carton, which is a nice touch. It came with a T- Allen wrench and a small screwdriver; all the tools I needed to assemble it. I like to take my time putting things together, so it took an hour + to fully assemble. I had to be careful to remove the plastic from some of the seat parts, using scissors. All good. In my opinion, the chair is very nice looking and the legs/base of this chair look better than on my other chair. The seat cushion is large and comfortable. The footrest is sturdy and easily slides under seat when not wanted. The reclining feature of the chair can be left unlocked, but I like to set in a locked position. I needed to scoot back and leave the lumbar support in a minimum (but comfortable) setting so I could recline in a single move. I have used the chair for about 3 weeks and I think it passes the test for a good office chair. If you register the purchase with the company, they provide a 5-year warranty. I did find that the headrest height adjustment was very stiff at first. I emailed the company and received a prompt response that the headrest would move easier with use. I could see a slight evidence of rubbing, so I simply used a little silicone spray where the two pieces make contact. Now I can easily move the headrest up or down, even while reclined in the chair. I mostly use it an a low position and don't need to move it often. The company also includes a small number of spare fasteners in case you lose one; again a nice touch.

Super comfortable and breathable chair. The ergonomic support actually feels like its supporting your back. Its super breathable as well as the head rest which is adjustable. Personally, the padding in this chair is perfect with the amount of softness and breathability. My favorite part about the chair is the leg rest extension which allows me get blood flow to my legs when I'm sitting for long periods of time. + the customer service is great and friendly. (chair looks cool as well, very modern and not too bulky.)

Got this on sale, so not bad for the price so far. Pros: I like that it has a steel base so I shouldn't have a problem with the gas lift cylinder slipping out of place. Assembly was straightforward enough and an adequate hex tool and spare bolts were provided. I recommend a tube of "Loctite" or other thread locker as the bolts are prone to backing out with repeated movement. The seat cushion is ample and comfortable. The lumbar support is adjustable and effective. The rigidity of the lumbar support didn't bother me after adjusting the position. Cons: The arms attach to the seat and backrest with hex bolts, but the connections are not solid. Consequently, apart from the base and seat, the whole upper structure (back and arms) can flex back and forth. The arms in particular are notably wobbly and this is particularly evident when getting up or down. I see this as a design flaw. My old chair of similar style and cost had the arms connect a bracket attached to the steel mechanism and was very solid. This design instead connects the arms to a thin metal tube protruding from the seat, so I don't know any way to make it sturdier. Will update on durability. Overall: Comfortable and functional chair, but design weakness affects sturdiness and durability. Update: The seller has been very attentive to my concerns and has already issued a partial refund. But better news is I am told an improved design is coming soon, so I will update my review based on the replacement.

My favorite office chair by far. I bought this CYKOV chair to replace my Staples Hyken, and this one is a much better fit for me. The biggest difference is the comfort, appearance, and overall flexibility. It has a clean, modern look that fits nicely with my desk setup, and it feels more premium than my old chair. The seat feels more supportive, and I like that I have enough room to sit normally or even sit with my legs crossed comfortably. The height adjustment works well with my desk, and the chair feels like it can be adjusted to a better sitting position for my height. The lumbar support, headrest, and armrests are also easy to adjust, which makes it more comfortable for longer work sessions. The footrest and recline feature are a huge plus. It makes the chair feel more relaxing when I want to lean back during breaks, and it gives the chair more versatility than a standard office chair. The mesh back is breathable, and the overall frame feels sturdy once assembled. Assembly was straightforward, and once everything was tightened, the chair felt solid with no wobbling or squeaking. I purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my niece, who recently started her career as an interior designer. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes once unboxed (I did use a cordless drill with a hex bit instead of the included hand tools). The materials feel high-quality and breathable, and the adjustable lumbar support is a great feature. One note: this model does not have a rocking function, which I believe is typical for versions that include a footrest. However, you can lock the recline angle in your preferred position, which works well. The chair has a professional, modern look with subtle chrome accents that give it a nice touch. Update: incredible customer service. The company reached out and offered to refund my purchase. I had written a 2-star review based on the comfort of the chair for a larger person (below). It is nice to see how this company wants to support their product and their customers. I give them two more stars just for their incredible customer service! (Original Review) It's a nice chair, but it's NOT great. First off, the base is good and the legs seem strong. I didn't like the plastic casters, so I replaced them with some rubber casters for my tile floor. The piston is the same that you would get with any chair, nothing special. The armrests have minimal padding and are extremely uncomfortable. The seat cushion is thick but really hard, it's not very comfortable. I don't like the reclining spring, it is just too weak. The reclining spring should have an adjustment screw to make it tighter. If you are a larger person, then it's too easy to fall backwards with a weak spring. I had to lock the back to prevent from falling backwards. It needs either a stronger spring or an adjustment screw like higher quality chairs with a reclining back. The leg extension thing is more of a gimmick than something useful. I can already see that the plastic mounting brackets are going to break over time due to stress exerted on them when extended. I like the mesh back of the chair, it's airy, but the headrest is really weak and twists too easily. For the price, the chair will work, it's not luxuious, but it is functional.
