If you find yourself experiencing aches or pains in your neck or back related to sitting at your desk all day, I would recommend THIS CHAIR (along with periodic standing throughout the day and regular exercise during your week). While it may not fully cure your back of any pains, it will certainly help! It has the right amount of cushioning and adjustable lumbar support. The arms can flip up, so it's easier to cross your legs in it if that's how you enjoy sitting. They do not adjust up and down though, so that could be an issue depending on how high you like your desk next to the chair arms.
