its pretty comfortable. the back is a little shorter than my last chair so it took some adjusting for me. I do not like the "lumbar support" option and think this chair would benefit from that being deleted. the foot rest is kind of strange with its fold under design however when extended and in use does make the chair a decent napping chair. i like the soft material they went with and it looks good. overall pretty happy with the item. ... show more
