This was very easy to put together. It took maybe 30 minutes, with 15 of those trying to get the dang headrest attached. I'm giving it 4 stars because it was high quality, easy to assemble, moves easily, and is very large. My main issue was Comfort and fit... I researched chairs for hours before deciding on this one. I am a high hours gamer, with sessions lasting 12hrs plus. This chair did not meet my comfort standards after 30 minute much less several hours. The cushioning is extremely dense, not memory foam, just dense foam. I assume that it's made for heavier persons that normally go right through the padding to the hard chair. I am 6'3, I weigh 220 lb. I didn't even put a dent in the padding. Also there is no padding on the back it's just a flexible mesh. My other issue was the fit. Everything worked as advertised in regards to working levers used for tilt, up and down, and lumbar support. However the lumbar support was much too low beneath where it should be, and the Tilt function worked but did not tell nearly far enough to the rear so I felt like I was always slipping out the front. And finally the armrests are crazy low, they maybe are 6 in above the seat.

I go this for my work from home station and after a few days I wanted to let others know that this is a good investment. When I was looking for ergonomic chairs, some of the prices were insane and with this one you get a good deal. The neck and back support are adjustable for that perfect position. The instructions had easy to follow assembly pictures and the component quality like the screws felt good. I weigh about 250ish and it does not squeak under my weight. The seat is cushiony and at the same time it's firm for work. If you've been looking for a good deal on an ergonomic chair, this is the one for you.

I’ve been using this ergonomic chair for a few days, and I’m honestly shocked by how comfortable OP it is. Assembly was super easy—took me less than 20 minutes, and all the tools were included. The lumbar support is subtle but really helps with posture during long hours at my desk. The height adjustment is smooth, and the seat padding feels firm yet comfy. I work from home so on average I spend more than 8 hours in this chair every day except for weekends. This chair is very comfortable compared to my previous one’s. The lumbar support keeps my lower back aligned, which is very helpful to my previous aches. The backrest breaths well and the cushion is very comfortable. The base feels rock solid (metal + reinforced nylon), and the wheels glide effortlessly over carpet and hardwood. Assembly was a little tricky but can be completed in under 20 minutes. I recommend it for anyone who spends several hours at a desk like me.
