This is so perfect! I can adjust the height perfectly so I never get back pain again. It also rolls easily over my thick carpet. It fits my needs perfectly. And the color is beautiful. Setting up this chair is easy, however it is extremely uncomfortable. Barely leans back (think airline seat you can't recline), poor lumbar and ergonomics. The mesh material is hard and itchy. When trying to return it, the company does not provide any kind of prepaid label or offer shipping reimbursement for your return. Shipping to return this chair is about the same cost as the chair itself. Ended up just getting a chair for the same price at Costco, way nicer, great ergonomics, and doesn't have that crappy mesh. Buyers beware.

Be aware that in the Lumbar support, it is only the cushion that moves up an inch or sho, not the entire lumbar piece that can move up and down as videos on the product do. But other than that, confortable chair, easy to assemble, great leanback and neck support. So for that 4/5 stars.

As someone who spends a significant amount of time sitting at my desk for work, I’ve struggled for a while to find a chair that offers the right kind of support—especially for my back. After trying several options, I can confidently say this chair has been a game changer for me. The lumbar support is one of the standout features. It feels like it was specifically designed to cradle my lower back in just the right way, providing firm yet comfortable support. I spend long hours in front of my computer, often without moving around much, and in the past, this would leave me with constant back pain by the end of the day. Overall the chair for the price is a good buy. Easy to assemble. Comfortable w/headrest and adjustable lumbar support. BUT! The 'plastic?' woven fabric on the arm rest rubbed my elbow raw to the point where I was leaving small smudges of blood on paperwork on my desk - wherever I set my elbow. The "fix" was to wrap both arm rests with soft fleece cut from an old robe.
