I’m hesitant to buy a chair online even if its backed by 30 days money-back guarantee that Amazon offers for after-all if you don’t like it, you would have a tough time dismantling it and putting all the parts, screws and everything else back in the box to have it shipped back. And this is if you can lift the gas lever part off its base which is extremely difficult to dislodge. Also, its kind of peculiar that most kit chairs bought online come with more parts than the ones you buy locally. Perhaps it’s to minimize the shipping costs but this all serves to make sure you did all your research before clicking to buy that chair online especially a task chair like this. With that said, this chair seems to serve it’s purpose as it’s functional with good lumbar support and its well-built. This chair is replacing an old executive leather chair that I’ve had for many years but as I’m doing so much of my work at home these days, the lack of lumbar support was taking its toll on my back and I needed a task chair like this that’s adjustable & had a good lower back lumbar support. The chair came in a very small package (comparatively speaking) with many parts that had to be put together. It took me about an hour to unbox, unwrap and put this together. Thankfully it came with a very descriptive manual and all the parts were clearly marked and it even came with extra screws as well as a small Allen-wrench to put it all together. As just mentioned, assembling it was very straight forward but taking it apart would be a challenge as I tried to dislodge the gas lever part to see how it holds together and it seems that once its connected to its base, you really won't be able to take it apart or at least not easily. The chair stands at about 18 inches off the floor at its lowest setting and can go up to as much as 22 inch which is more than adequate for most desks. The chair dimension (19.7” width & 18.5” deep) is inline with most task chairs but in reality when you seat on it and because of the lumbar support protruding from the back, you lose about 3” off the backside of the seat when it’s in its straight/neutral task position and so you feel too pushed to the front when working. However once laying back, it feels very comfortable & relaxing since you have the full 18.5” space to enjoy the chair. The seat & the back is made of a breathable mesh like material which is mostly firm & not very flexible. The breathable material reduces sweating but it can get a little uncomfortable if you’re seating on it for a few hours so I suggest you invest in a thin seat cushion if you’re planning to use it for serious work. The armrest, backrest & headrest are adjustable so you can adjust them to your exact liking but the lumbar support can’t be adjusted as it’s fixed but then again it’s functional and serve its purpose. Overall this is a very nice looking, well built & functional ergonomic high back office chair that should serve you well. It doesn’t have all the adjustments of the more expensive office chairs (ex. Steelcase, Herman Miller, etc.) but for what it offers, it’s a good value.

It’s also even better looking in person than in the photos - kind of futuristic. The directions that come with the chair say that the chair is rated for up to a 300 pound individual. I have no reason to doubt that, as I am a 6-3, 250 pound weight lifter, and this chair is rock solid for me. Everything on the chair works very smoothly. It’s fully adjustable in just about every way imaginable. As I said, the chair fits me very well, and it also fits my 5-3, 112 pound wife extremely well. With all of the various adjustments that you can make, everyone can find settings on this chair to make it extremely comfortable for them. The adjustable headrest is a great feature not found on many other office chairs, and it’s perfect for when you recline back - very relaxing and no strain on your neck. Assembly was fairly easy, and the directions were very clear. I assembled most of the chair with it placed in my lap. Although the directions say to not use any power tools to assemble the chair, do yourself a favor, and use a power screwdriver with an Allen wrench bit in it. Just be sure to start the screws in the holes using only your fingers so that you’re sure that you do not cross thread them. Then, screw them in the rest of the way using your power screwdriver, and finally, hand tighten them using the included Allen wrench. I highly recommend this office chair. I’ve owned, or I’ve used at work, dozens of office chairs in the past, and this is by far one of the most comfortable and sturdiest chair I’ve ever sat in. Also, the breathability of the fabric is noticeable. If I have any problems with this chair in the future, I’ll be sure to update my review.

This is a high-end, heavy-duty chair made with quality components. The office chair is stunning with its swivel chrome base, chromed gas lift and even a chrome chevron accent on the back. The chair was so easy to put together that I was able to complete the 6 steps in less than 45 minutes. The instructions are clear and concise. Each step includes a diagram. The parts are separated and easy to identify. I really appreciated the helpful orientation markings on the base of the chair and armrests. The bolts are all treated with thread locker and are tightened using the included allen wrench. Parts alignment was effortless. Both the armrests and the chair back can be adjusted to fit your requirements. The chair has standard features such as height adjustment. The armrests can be raised or lowered plus they also have up to 20 degrees of rotation. The chair uses ventilated fabric comfort. The back allows for tension adjustable and comfortable reclining (my favorite feature!) It has good lumbar support and an adjustable head rest for long hours in the office. Instructions for building the chair: Step 1: Attach the 5 legs to the base. Step 2: Attach 5 casters to legs. Make sure each one is pushed in until it clicks. Step 3: Attach both armrests to chair bottom. Orientation stickers are provided to make this easy! Step 4: Attach the lift mechanism to the chair bottom. Step 5: Attach back to lift mechanism. Step 6: Carefully place chair on gas lift. Finally, attach the headrest and have a seat! This chair is comfortable, well designed and crafted, and constructed from quality materials. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a great office chair.
