I work long 12 hour shifts from a desk and have back pain due to scoliosis and osteoarthritis in my lower back. This is the only chair I have ever been able to be comfortable in for extended periods of time. It’s worth every penny. This chair is rock solid, heavy weight, and rolls easily across my hardwood floor. You can lock the tilt at several angles which I appreciate when I need to lay back a bit and just want the chair to stay where I put it when I need to move just a bit to adjust. It’s a very good size and comfortable for me being overweight. The armrests are adjustable in just about any way I could think of needing them, they can extend out for more support or stay tucked in for easily pushing up to a desk. Despite being overweight I don’t have much cushion on my rear so the mesh is really forgiving and provides support without pressure on your tailbone. Unlike other chairs, it’s really easy to adjust the lumbar, height, headrest, tilt, and armrests all from sitting in the chair without having to get out and turn knobs to lock things in place. If you have back issues, or even if you don’t and just want something more ergonomic to help with fatigue I highly recommend this chair. ... show more

This is a really great looking sturdy office chair. It’s super easy to assemble ( except head rest is little tricky to assemble ). The rest I got it together with in 30 mins. Wheels are super lightweight and roll without any effort. It’s easy to move around without making any noise. All the parts locked very tightly and fit firmly. Chair has different levels of height adjustments which you can use to your liking. Headrest is also great support if you sit a lot while working, added support to the back is really helpful to take rest. Back support also have different levels to recline. ... show more

    • Super Comfortable Chair
I needed a new chair to replace one I had simply worn out. Until now, I typically purchased pretty "economical" chairs, but decided to spend a little more in an attempt to get a little more - Glad I did!. The chair is not cheap for sure - but better quality accompanies the greater expense. The chair arrived exceptionally well packaged with no damage or missing parts. While ease of assembly is a good bit dependent on skill level, I found assembly of this item to be on the relatively easy side. The instructions were adequate. The chair is put together with multiple bolts with a supplied allen wrench that sported a nice handle that made assembly that much easier. I had no issues with parts not aligning. The chair itself seem to be made of pretty high quality materials and I find it comfortable (I'm 5'10"/200). The lumbar support is particularly nice and something I did not have in previous chairs. The adjustable height head rest is also a plus. The only feature that I find a bit lacking is the recline feature. The chair has set points for reclining. The most upright setting is fine but slightly more upright than I would like. The next setting is a little too far back for my liking - I would have preferred a setting in between the 2 or the ability to recline and lock at any given point - of course a feature like that would probably also result in additional cost. Overall, super happy with this quality chair. Lots of great features and an attractive look make this a welcomed addition to my office and my daily work.     • Amazing and Comfortable Chair
1. This chair was packaged very well. Excellent packing material protecting each piece. 2. Assembly was straight forward, following the directions closely. 3. I am 6’5” and weigh 265 pounds. This chair provides the proper height allowing me to sit with appropriate posture as well as comfort. I use this chair, for work, 10-12 hours a day. Easy adjustment up and down 4. The lumbar support and the headrest at also exceptional features that add to the comfort especially near the end of a long day. The only suggestion I could provide is clearer instructions on adjusting the back piece. I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone needing a quality chair for short work at a desk, or longer hours working from home. The way customer support reached out to gauge satisfaction and willingness to answer questions was also impressive ... show more

    • Good when the chair could adjust
Bought the chair in Nov'23. The parts are heavy and best when two people put together. The chair design is very comfortable and of good quality fabric. The only downside is that the gas cylinder no longer works within 3 months of assembly. The chair now sits at the lowest setting and won't go back up. I have to add a bunch of pillows to adjust my height now. Luckily, I am short, but it puts a strain on my neck to match my desk/monitor height. ... show more

Moreover, it is pretty easy to assemble the chair based on the step-by-step instruction in the manual. * Sitting feeling: Although the sitting feeling is pretty subjective, I really like to work on this chair, since I can feel a pretty strong supportive force from it. As for its back, I don't feel very tired after the long working time. Frankly speaking, I like this chair more than the one in my office with the higher price.
