⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently upgraded from a really old office chair that I had been using for years, and I honestly didn’t realize how much it was affecting my posture and back until I switched. This chair has made a noticeable difference. The lumbar support is much better than my old chair and it naturally encourages me to sit upright instead of slouching. After using it while working from home, I’ve had significantly less lower back discomfort at the end of the day. Assembly was straightforward and the chair feels sturdy and comfortable even after sitting for long periods. The cushioning is supportive without feeling too soft, and the adjustments make it easy to dial in a good sitting position. If you’re still using an older chair and dealing with back stiffness or poor posture, upgrading to something with proper support is definitely worth it. I wish I had done it sooner

I needed a new chair to replace one I had simply worn out. Until now, I typically purchased pretty "economical" chairs, but decided to spend a little more in an attempt to get a little more - Glad I did!. The chair is not cheap for sure - but better quality accompanies the greater expense. The chair arrived exceptionally well packaged with no damage or missing parts. While ease of assembly is a good bit dependent on skill level, I found assembly of this item to be on the relatively easy side. The instructions were adequate. The chair is put together with multiple bolts with a supplied allen wrench that sported a nice handle that made assembly that much easier. I had no issues with parts not aligning. The chair itself seem to be made of pretty high quality materials and I find it comfortable (I'm 5'10"/200). The lumbar support is particularly nice and something I did not have in previous chairs. The adjustable height head rest is also a plus. The only feature that I find a bit lacking is the recline feature. The chair has set points for reclining. The most upright setting is fine but slightly more upright than I would like. The next setting is a little too far back for my liking - I would have preferred a setting in between the 2 or the ability to recline and lock at any given point - of course a feature like that would probably also result in additional cost. Overall, super happy with this quality chair. Lots of great features and an attractive look make this a welcomed addition to my office and my daily work. If you can afford $300+ for a chair, I recommend it.

I really like this chair, and it makes my life much easier. I would recommend this chair to every person who works either from home or at the office. * Price: Deserve its price. Before I placed an order, I searched various office chairs, from well-known brands to small brands. All of them are pretty expensive. I finally chose this one due to its fair price. After I used it, I don't regret my decision. * Package and Assembly: This chair was packed pretty well. After I received it, I have checked it carefully, and every place looks perfect to me. Moreover, it is pretty easy to assemble the chair based on the step-by-step instruction in the manual. * Sitting feeling: Although the sitting feeling is pretty subjective, I really like to work on this chair, since I can feel a pretty strong supportive force from it. As for its back, I don't feel very tired after the long working time. Frankly speaking, I like this chair more than the one in my office with the higher price. (Hahaha) * Function: Support most freedoms that one office chair can provide as shown in the video. Overall, it's a pretty good office chair. Will choose it again if I need to purchase more chairs in the future. [Great purchasing experiences!!!]

I am retired and spend a lot of time doing volunteer work. The old chair that I have been using for many years had come to a useful end. This chair has met the need that I require to endure sitting for hours on end. The support to the back and posterior is exactly where it is supposed to be for my long days. The head rest is a little far back and would not make contact with the head unless you deliberately lean your head back. This is good as I do not like something touching the back of my head when I turn my head. The construction seems to be of good quality and is not hard to put together. I did order padded arm rest covers to add to the comfort of the experience. As for cost, it is well in the lower rang as there were many more chairs that were considerably more for the same features. Would I purchase it again? Maybe.

I work long 12 hour shifts from a desk and have back pain due to scoliosis and osteoarthritis in my lower back. This is the only chair I have ever been able to be comfortable in for extended periods of time. It’s worth every penny. This chair is rock solid, heavy weight, and rolls easily across my hardwood floor. You can lock the tilt at several angles which I appreciate when I need to lay back a bit and just want the chair to stay where I put it when I need to move just a bit to adjust. It’s a very good size and comfortable for me being overweight. The armrests are adjustable in just about any way I could think of needing them, they can extend out for more support or stay tucked in for easily pushing up to a desk. Despite being overweight I don’t have much cushion on my rear so the mesh is really forgiving and provides support without pressure on your tailbone. Unlike other chairs, it’s really easy to adjust the lumbar, height, headrest, tilt, and armrests all from sitting in the chair without having to get out and turn knobs to lock things in place. If you have back issues, or even if you don’t and just want something more ergonomic to help with fatigue I highly recommend this chair.

As someone who is 6'5" it was nice to find an ergonomic chair that fits my height. I like almost everything about this chair, and is much better than the racing style "gaming" chair I have been using for the past few years. The comfort is great. The mesh takes a lot of the pressure off of your legs. Sitting in this for an extended period of time is nowhere near as bad as the dense foam I was used to. It's supportive but has enough give to alleviate pressure points. The couple of things I wish were different: the locking mechanism for back rest height could be better. Maybe a pin to lock the height in place. A few times I lean back and it lifts the back rest, causing the back rest to fall down and reset the positioning to the lowest point. I also wish the lumbar support could go back just one inch more. These things are nitpicky though and don't detract from the positives enough to make me lower the score to 4 stars. It's still a fantastic chair for a great price and feels very sturdy.

For one thing they sent me already used parts. Then some of the functionalities won't work. For me seat height adjustment wont work at all. 5D Armrests: Its a joke, as it gives false impression. I am not sure who wants swirl armrests, but personally I dont see their use at all. The most useful features of the arm rest should be enough up and down motion and side ways movement of the arm rest base, which are not proper for this chair. But if you are looking for rotating armrests and vertical movement they are good enough. Let me explain the problems. 1. The arm rests are too high unless you are 6 feet. 2. I cannot place lap desk on my lap comfortably, it's really inconvenient as armrest blocks any movement. I just cannot operate the mouse from the lap desk. 3. It's better of removing it all together, hence armrests are 0D for me not 5D. Seat height: Seat height adjustment does not work for me. Again it's too high to begin with and not for heights less than 5'10". if you are less than 5’10” your feet might feel like slightly floating in the air. The seat feels firm and we will have to wait for few weeks to see how it will be. Lumbar Support: I had a different understanding of the lumbar support when I saw videos. The Lumbar support stays at the same place irrespective of the knob settings. But the depth it goes back can be adjusted by the knob. Back rest: Backrest is good, but as everyone else complained it does not stay in place when you move it up. Each time you have to adjust it. Head rest: It takes forever to attach the head rest unless you figure out the trick. However once you fixed it the headrest is really comfortable.
