The best purchase I made so far in 2025. It's so easy to assemble only took my 15min. It is sturdy. It's super comfortable for my lower back esp I got injured. And the head rest is much needed too. Literally everything is adjustable in this chair. I can adjust it to fit it perfectly to my needs.

1. This chair was packaged very well. Excellent packing material protecting each piece. 2. Assembly was straight forward, following the directions closely. 3. I am 6’5” and weigh 265 pounds. This chair provides the proper height allowing me to sit with appropriate posture as well as comfort. I use this chair, for work, 10-12 hours a day. Easy adjustment up and down 4. The lumbar support and the headrest at also exceptional features that add to the comfort especially near the end of a long day. The only suggestion I could provide is clearer instructions on adjusting the back piece. I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone needing a quality chair for short work at a desk, or longer hours working from home. The way customer support reached out to gauge satisfaction and willingness to answer questions was also impressive

*** Updated 5/1/2023 *** I originally gave this chair 4/5 stars because there was something wrong with it that prevented me from being able to raise/lower the chair height. However, the customer service was very responsive and helpful. They eventually replaced the chair with another that is fully functional. I probably should make the review 4.5/5 stars because of the less-than-perfectly comfortable sitting surface, but the chair has addressed my back pain issues and the customer service was excellent. *** Original review *** I work from home and was having back problems due mainly to my previous office chair that I brought home from my company's office. So I started looking around and figured I might have to try a number of different chairs before landing on one that fixed the issue. Fortunately, I only had to try 2. This was the second chair I ordered and pretty immediately my back started feeling better. The lumbar support is excellent and adjustable. Other supports like neck etc are similarly adjustable and it was quite easy to assemble. Moreover, based on my comparison to other chairs, I think you get a pretty good bang for your buck with this chair. Two cons that lead to a 4 rather than 5 star review: (1) the sitting surface is not as comfortable as some. Mainly this comparison is to chairs with foam support, as I think the comfort level is pretty similar to other chairs with mesh support. I don't find this too problematic as I alternative between sitting and standing. (2) I cannot adjust the chair height. The videos/manual indicate that you can adjust the height simply by pulling up on the underseat handle, but that does not work (at least for my chair). However, not a huge deal for me as the chair's height is exactly where I want it anyway

It is a great chair, very comfortable. However, the lumbar support broke after 18 month. I think this is a bit disappointing for a chair that was almost 400$.

I needed a new chair to replace one I had simply worn out. Until now, I typically purchased pretty "economical" chairs, but decided to spend a little more in an attempt to get a little more - Glad I did!. The chair is not cheap for sure - but better quality accompanies the greater expense. The chair arrived exceptionally well packaged with no damage or missing parts. While ease of assembly is a good bit dependent on skill level, I found assembly of this item to be on the relatively easy side. The instructions were adequate. The chair is put together with multiple bolts with a supplied allen wrench that sported a nice handle that made assembly that much easier. I had no issues with parts not aligning. The chair itself seem to be made of pretty high quality materials and I find it comfortable (I'm 5'10"/200). The lumbar support is particularly nice and something I did not have in previous chairs. The adjustable height head rest is also a plus. The only feature that I find a bit lacking is the recline feature. The chair has set points for reclining. The most upright setting is fine but slightly more upright than I would like. The next setting is a little too far back for my liking - I would have preferred a setting in between the 2 or the ability to recline and lock at any given point - of course a feature like that would probably also result in additional cost. Overall, super happy with this quality chair. Lots of great features and an attractive look make this a welcomed addition to my office and my daily work. If you can afford $300+ for a chair, I recommend it.
