Got these as a gag gift for someone but they do technically work. Good: -adds considerable height -is adjustable Bad: -super uncomfortable to use in certain shoes -lining on top comes off due to angle your feet have on them. -adding the extra lifts don’t attach properly and always fall off when sliding them into the shoe. -HAVE to use with high tops or boots as your feet will slide out of normal shoes. With loafers they’re practically useless as your feet will 100% slide out with these. Overall: they kinda work but they can get very uncomfortable and you can only use them with certain shoes. Quality is also lacking and the extra lifts never stay on properly.

Post achilles-tendon surgery, I needed a heel-raise but wasn’t prepared to pay premium prices. This product is the business: I only needed the lowest raise (ca 1/2 inch) and this thing delivers: not only is it comfortable but if it gets a bit stinky in sneakers it can go in the washing machine.

The insoles generally do their job. First of all the 4 layers is too much very uncomfortable with 4. Even in boots they barely fit. They slip and slide inside the shoe quite a bit. These insoles arch in such a way that it basically pushes you forward. The insoles themselves are not soft, they’re pretty hard. Taking steps is very awkward and makes you very flat footed. It wouldn’t recommend, but they’re not completely horrible. Im 5’9” and these make me around 6ft, but it just kinda sucks that it’s such a primitive design. I mean it’s 2023, we can’t create a comfortable insole that increases height? Should be easy, but I guess not. They might be good for someone with one leg longer than the other or something, but these were just junk in my opinion. I used the balance of a gift card to purchase, glad I didn’t spend real money on it.
