I've owned many desk chairs over the years and normally I go in person to the store because I like to test out a bunch of chairs for comfort before making a decision. This is my first time ordering a chair without doing a sit test and I'm very happy with my decision. Since I'm used to assembling chairs, this was very simple for me to do on my own. It's no different than assembling any other desk chair, except this one may have been one of the easiest. The best part was how easily the wheels popped in without having to use any force. I've had chairs that required the use of a hammer to insert the wheels. Even someone who's never assembled a chair before will find this one easy to do. There's a video on the Amazon page with assembly instructions and it also comes with written instructions. NOTE: The video shows that the arm rests should be attached after the seat is attached to the base, and the written instructions show that the arms should be attached before attaching the seat to the base. A word to the wise: follow the written instructions for this step. It will save you a lot of time and frustration. Assembly took around 30 minutes. The chair is large and very nice looking. It swivels perfectly and rolls smoothly. The brown faux leather with the contrasting white stitching is classy looking and is neutral enough to go with most decor. I like to sit criss-cross and sometimes with one leg under me. There's plenty of room on the seat for both positions. The padding is soft and plush so my butt won't get numb when I sit for hours at a time. There's extra padding at the front of the seat which I love because I tend to sit at the edge of my chair a lot. The arm rests are just the right height for my desk's keyboard tray and they are also plushly padded. I like how I can move the arms all the way up so the chair will fit under my desk when I'm not using it. The chair raises and lowers as it should and the little pump works well to firm up the back of the seat if desired, but it's not a feature I'll eve use. I tried the tilt function and no matter what I did I couldn't get the chair to tilt. The chair I'm replacing has the tilt function and I never used it so it's also something that doesn't matter to me. It might be important to some, so that's why I mentioned it. I don't know if I got a lemon or if I'm doing something wrong. I have to mention how well the chair was packaged. Each piece in the box was carefully and heavily wrapped to prevent damage. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a large, comfortable and attractive chair, but as mentioned, if tilting is important to you there's no guarantee that it will tilt. The company does provide an email address which is good to know in case there are any problems. This chair is a really good value at the current price.

My husband and I work from home, and our days are long. We sit in our desk chairs a lot. His desk chair was falling apart, but it was the only chair that he liked so he kept it. Every chair we got to replace it just didn't do it for him. Until now. This office chair is fantastic. Overall, it was pretty simple to put together - except for the armrests because they attach to both the back and the seat and lining everything up was a bit of a challenge with one person. Overall, it took me 10 minutes to unpackage everything and about 40 minutes to put it all together. The only confusion with the instructions was the one page where it said to "adjust the balance first" before tightening the screws. I had no idea what that meant. As a result, you can see a slight tilt at the top of the chair. But, it's not noticeable when sitting in it. Other than that, the instructions were very easy to follow and described every step well. The screws were packaged awesome and had the exact amount needed. I like when there aren't extra parts that I don't know what to do with anyway. The chair itself has a great amount of padding and cushion. The leather material is very soft (I'm praying for durability). The armrests swivel up so if you don't like them or if you want to slide your chair under your desk, you can swivel these up and out of the way. The tilt mechanism is what really sold my husband on this chair. His last chair had a great tilt to it...so much so that we weren't sure if it was broken. But, he loved it. And every other chair that claimed to have a tilt, really didn't. With this one, you turn the tension knob to your liking, then you pull out the raise/lower lever a bit to take it out of the locked position, and then you get to use the tilt. And it really does tilt back! The air pump is kind of neat. I like that you can change the lumbar support so easily with the squeeze of the inflater bulb. I'm so happy to finally have found him a chair that can replace his old one. This is also a very reasonable price for this quality.

This office chair is amazing! It has some really great features that I have never seen before. It has a built in pump so that you can adjust the firmness of the lumbar support. This is a big game changer for me. I have some back issues and often chairs are not firm enough or supportive enough. This one is! You can also pull the bar out to make the chair rock and lean back which is nice. The chair is super comfortable. It is well made and appears like it will last. There was quite a bit of assembly required. It was mostly easy with the directions. The exception was with lining up the back and bottom portion of the chair to screw the armrests in. That requires some finesse and strength. Listen to the directions when it says to not tighten the screws all the way. I ended up taking one of the screws back out so that I could get the holes to line up on the second side. It was a bit of a struggle, but I was able to get it done. This is a fantastic chair at a great price. I am so excited to have this for my home desk. I would definitely recommend it!

This chair is great quality! For the most part it was easy to assemble, and the video on the product page also helps if you get stuck anywhere. It would be a little easier to assemble with two people when you get to putting the arms on- I assembled it alone but got a little frustrated keeping the chair back aligned with the seat while attaching the arms. A helper would make this part so much easier. Even so, it only took me about 30min to assemble in total. Once assembled, the chair height adjusts with ease, as does the tilt , and best of all, the firmness through a handheld pump! The manual shows how to make these adjustments along with the ergonomic recommendations of these features. Everything functions very well. The wheels and bottom roll and spin with ease but not too much, as the chair still remains very steady when sitting still. It is quite comfortable and very ergonomic. It is also elegant-looking and will add some class to your office space. If any issues, the vendor has included their contact information with the manual, which is nice in case you had any questions/issues. I had zero issues and am more than satisfied. I highly recommend this desk chair for anyone considering it.

This chair came nicely packaged but the screws can become hidden within the packaging so make sure you find them before tossing the box. As for assembly, it is very easy to put together and like most furniture it is put together with an Allen wrench. Other than that it's pretty simple to put together. The leather is very soft and the chair is comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. It has a pump to add air to the backrest for extra support. What I love about this chair is that the armrest go all the way up so you can use this chair in multiple different settings. The armrest is also very comfortable as it is padded for extra cushioning.

I'm pretty impressed with this chair except one problem, I'll explain at the end. The chair itself seems ok for the price. The seat is really wide, I'm a big back so if mine will fit you should be more than good. I got the brown color and it looks great! I really like how you can lift the armrests upwards. The lumbar support is great as well. Well packaged too. As I unboxed this I kept getting surprised at the materials used. The "pleather" is pretty nice, the base of this is metal and it has all the common features as well as the lumbar pump bulb. There is a discrepancy in the instructions regarding the screws to use. The package has 3 different lengths of screws yet the manual only speaks of two different kinds. Other than that the manual was right on the money and straight forward. Then comes the caveat that bums me out... The seat is slightly crooked leaning to your left when in the seat. I would normally think I made an error in the construction however, when you come to the part when you place the seat on to the gas piston, there doesn't seem to be any other way to place it. So I'm not sure what's wrong and it is very slight but noticable. At it's price point I think it's very decent. I think maybe something was just off with mine, but keep it in mind. Without the leaning, I would be very happy with this chair.

This is a really nice office chair. The leather finish gives it a sleek, professional look whether you’re an executive or not, it definitely makes you feel like one. One of my favorite things is the flip up arms, which add a lot of flexibility, especially when you want to tuck the chair away or have more freedom of movement. The adjustable lumbar support is a huge plus. It uses an inflatable mechanism, so you can customize the back support exactly to your comfort level. With my previous chair, I had to buy a separate cushion just to avoid back pain, so having this built in is a big upgrade. Assembly was straightforward and easy. Everything is clearly labeled, and the instructions are simple, just 8 steps from start to finish. I did need a second pair of hands to hold the seat and back together while inserting the screws, but aside from that, it was smooth. My son was actually the first to try it out and immediately asked if he could have one for his gaming setup, but this one is definitely staying in my office!

Absolutely 5 stars 100%!!!!! This is a really nice chair. Its heavy weight and not flimsy by any means. Metal feet so it's durable and not made of plastic right off the bat at the base. The material is buttery soft faux leather. It feels nice to the touch. I love that the arms raise and lower. It took me like 30 minutes to put together. But I've put a lot of office chairs together in my life so I knew what to do. Its pretty generic in that aspect. Came with all the right parts and tools needed. Easy to understand directions. I love that it's got a manual air pump to adjust the lumbar support. Not my favorite that it kind of slightly dangles but it's not anything that really jumps out as out of place unless your really looking for it. Overall I'm very please. Very comfortable and good sized for an average to slightly heavier set person.
