EDIT: Product support reached out and explained how to adjust the height of the chair. There is a knob on the back of the chair that will greatly increase the height range. Works well now! Definitely can be used by taller folks. ____________________________________________________________________ I am 6'5"....imagine my surprise after assembling this chair and realizing it is actually smaller than all of the other "regular" sized chairs in my office. Don't be fooled! Otherwise it's a fine chair, but the listing needs to be updated to remove any mention of "tall" or "big and tall" the seat is substantially smaller than other chairs in my office. Very disappointing.

I needed a second office-type chair for a gaming computer. I was sick of rolling my home office chair back and forth, and most "gaming" chairs are ridiculously overpriced. Although the pricing seemed relatively high, it does come with a lot of the promised features; here is my rundown: Pros: 😇 - Strong steel legs. The spider legs that attach the central pedestal to the caster wheels are steel, which is impressive as most entry-level office chair legs are made of hard HDPE plastic. - Provides lots of adjustability. The Headrest pivots and adjusts up/down, the chairback is adjustable, and even the armrests can slide out at an angle (from the front) The seat bottom is a breathable mesh, my favorite feature; the leathery seats feel hot after extended sitting. Cons: 😈 - As mentioned, the price is relatively high for an entry-level chair. The seller seems to be providing generous discounts, and I suspect they may adjust the pricing as sales mature. - There were NO instructions in my package. While they may have been lost in shipping, there were no tears or rips in the box. Fortunately, I was always the "guy" at the office who assembled the new office chairs, and most office chairs like this are constructed similarly. - The lumbar support is a joke; it's just a couple of pieces of thin plastic held to the chair sides with a rubbery band; if you're on the heavy side, this would concern the product's longevity. - The armrests have zero padding other than a hard rubber thin pad OVERALL:⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's an above-average entry-level office chair with many adjustable features but at an average price for the value. Except for the lumbar support and armrests, the overall construction of the chair is high quality and feels heavy-duty, and the breathable seat keeps your "buns" cool.

To find a chair rated at 350 lbs for this price is something special. I know, I need one and am always looking for an affordable office chair! I am 5’ 11” and cannot say how this chair would handle a 6’ 5” user, but I feel it needs more height adjustment; it is only just high enough for me. So if you are really tall, you might be disappointed, depending how you like to sit. The adjustments are many and much to be desired. The ‘manual’ covers them very well, with suitable pictures to make everything clear. I wish it was easier to read the text and symbols on the height adjuster; I ended up getting a small flashlight and kneeling down beside it to see what it said. In the end I resorted to the manual. If you are going to provide text, recessed black on black doesn’t help. Basically the chair is a bargain for the heavier user, possibly not for anyone over six feet tall despite the claims, and the manual handles all the questions you may have (including those you ought not need to ask). Keep the manual safe, and you have a great chair at a fair price.

This is not the first time we have bought a chair on Amazon and I dreaded the time it would take to put it together. This chair was easier than anticipated and very sturdy. The legs were metal which was a nice surprise. And very comfortable! Definitely a good buy!

I really like this chair. It is super supportive compared to some other chairs I've tried in the past. I love how the arm rests can adjust to multiple positions for the most comfort possible. The bottom cushion being so thick is wonderful. I don't have to add other cushions into the bottom to give more padding. The installation wasn't that bad, and took one person just 30 minutes to assemble with minimal tools needed. The downsides- I hate how this back rest can't adjust forward. i feel like that it is just too far back for me to sit up straight super comfortably. Also, adjusting the back rest is a bit of a pain. You have to get up and down out of the chair to turn a knob to fine tune the height of the char. My other complaint- I wish the neck rest could also be adjusted more than up and down, but to go forward and tilt as well. Overall, this isn't a bad chair and if you don't need more precise adjustments, this isn't the chair for you.
