(1) Not a complaint: the chair is not real solidly built but not bad; probably not very durable. It was not an expensive chair, just letting you know you get what you pay for. (2) A minor complaint. Putting the chair together was easy except for one piece that was not exactly right. Instead of taking 2 minutes to screw in a bolt, it took me close to half an hour to force two pieces to align, and hold them while I got that screw in. (3) A major complaint: The arm rests pivot, so you can move the arms up, out of the way, when not wanting to use them. The left arm rest was somewhat loose. There is a cover over the part of the arm rest through which the screw must go to attach to the frame. I could not remove the cover, so I couldn't get at the screw to tighten it. So, the arm rest is loose and wobbly and it may have broken yesterday; not sure. (4) Complaining about Amazon now: I contacted them about the problem; their chat bot said I had to contact the manufacturer (has anyone ever been successful in contacting a Chinese manufacturer?) and Amazon gave me a link and directions. I opened the link but Amazon's directions didn't match the options once I linked in to the Chinese company. So I have a loose and maybe broken arm rest after only 3-4 weeks' use of the chair.

This is by far the most uncomfortable chair I have ever owned. It is hard and stiff, even after adding an extra seat cushion. It doesn’t adjust well. It is very unstable. I wish I had returned, but I chose to give it a try to see if I would be able to adjust to it, no luck.

For easier installation do not attach the seat adjuster to the seat first, do that after you've attached the handles and your life will be so much easier. I had to do multiple assemblies and this made the difference between struggling or not. CHAIR Ergonomics are very good. The chair is very sturdy, comfortable and feels like something worth double the price paid. The arm chairs being moveable but it is really based on how tight you slacked the screw during assembly. The height was very important for me. A lot of chairs are actually lower, maxing at 20in. This chair goes to 22in. It makes a huge difference to comfort.

As other reviews have mentioned, this chair is not easy to assemble and I have issues with it sinking frequently. For reference I am 6'2 and just over 220 pounds and the seat randomly drops when I sit in it. Sometimes it takes an hour. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes. Outside of that it relatively comfortable but that's really the only positive. Would not recommend.

I bought this chair for work. Needed something comfortable, as I work long hours. Chair is super comfy and keeps my posture straight, no more back pain. Assembly was easy took about 15 minutes without the instructions. Of course they were delivered with the chair though. Perfect height for my desk and definitely a bang for my buck!! Chair qualify is nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone shopping around for a comfortable chair!!
