Please do not purchase this chair it’s a complete rip off and horrible it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star it deserves no stars…I ordered this chair out of faith because of the description it seemed very legit but I get the chair the massager on the chair is extremely loud and there in no HEAT in this chair like it says in the description which is very disappointing and I think it’s very sad when you ask for a refund you have to pay to ship it back to the seller and the shipping cost is half the cost of the chair this is and was a complete RIP OFF whatever you do I wouldn’t order this chair…the seller is not doing anything but scamming people can’t even give us a prepaid label to return the item because they know it’s a bad product so they gotta make money through the shipping…DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR PERIOD!!!! ... show more

I have to give a shout out the chair arrived and the box was damaged in shipping I notified the store and they fixed the issue within the week. Also the chair is so comfortable and I took to my work place and let others sit in it and try and it is a hit with them .

I am a big guy (6'1" and 300 lbs) and I purchased this chair as a replacement for my previous home office chair. And I have to say, for a chair that is rated for up to 450lbs, the air cyclinder only held up for about two weeks before it started sliding down when being sat in. The massager vibrates, but does not help much, unless you turn on the heat - then it helps a little. But - Being a Big and Tall chair - full back hight hits me at about mid-shoulderblade, so the massage feature, just doesn't cut it and never helps out your neck at all. Also, the chair wants to rock back slightly and fall to the right, making it uncomfortable for sitting more than 20 minutes or so, because you feel like you need to lean forward in order to be sitting correctly. The padding for you butt is almost non existant compaired to the front padding. The front padding (that is under your legs) is too much compaired to the butt padding, so your legs get irratated due to the loss of blood-flow and it pinches your nerves too! OUCH!!!! I would not suggest this chair at all. Not even my daughter - who is 12 years old, 5 ft tall at 100 lbs, thinks this chair is uncomfortalbe to sit in too! I am torn here. The description of this chair sounded great and the massage feature got me because I have some back/hip issues and I started working from home permanently. I needed something comfortable and with prompt delivery and this option appeared to fit those needs. I finally received the chair and assembled it, but attaching the armrest to the seat was difficult, as well as attaching the backrest of the chair to the sit because the pump that makes the backrest adjust was extended beyond the point in which it would had screwed comfortably prior to use. We had to use our body weight to force it into the right extension so it would be possible to attach. The screws holes for the armrests did not seem properly made to fit the screws so they had to be forced into the holes and I opted to skip installing the washers to make it a bit easier. Once assembled, I charged the chair and tested the massage feature, but it is not worth it. It can barely be felt in its highest mode and it is just a vibration on different back and thigh spots, and the overall quality does not appear robust. It may start to rip soon because the fabric and the filling do not feel strong. The instructions manual encourages people to contact seller but there is no contact info, so it has to be done through Amazon. I called the customer service line and I asked for return options as I was willing to drive to the closest store or warehouse location to return the assembled chair with its original packaging because I am not happy with the purchase and quality, but the best Amazon offered was for me to disassemble, fit everything in the box, (which by the way, was delivered already with some rips), and drop it at a mail carrier of preference. So, if you want this chair you might have better luck, but if something goes wrong and after testing it you are not happy, you are on your own unless you really want to carry it and repack it for a return. From experience, there are other stores with better customer experience and return policies for furniture, and it would be worth paying a little bit more for the product and the customer experience. I wanted something fast and chose a cheap option, so I certainly got what I paid for, and clearly I got a cheap all around experience. So these are definitely a $100 or so that may end up in the trash a few months from now because I am stuck. I also ordered a standing desk, that I will not put together after delivery and will return immediately based on this experience. Back was crooked, extremely uncomfortable, and the massage feature did nothing. The only good thing was customer service was decent enough to refund my purchase. Don’t buy! This chair is comfy. I mean I am a large guy… but the massage is nothing. It’s a slight vibration. Super comfy chair… will be interesting to see how long it last. If you want a chair that is comfortable it’s a good one. I also wish that the arms were adjustable but they are not. They are screwed in place. So they are low. I am missing a piece and tried to reach out and it says I need to talk with Amazon. So looks like I will be missing a piece. Still seems like it will be a good chair. ... show more
