  • Made in USA Wash Away Stabilizer: This USA-origin cut-away embroidery stabilizer dissolves completely when immersed in cold or warm water. Our water-soluble embroidery topping is made in the USA and a suitable choice for topping. This American-made product is best used on washable fabric and high-pile fabric such as terry cloth, towels, fleece, and other fluffy materials that require the complete removal of the stabilizer
  • Fabric Stabilizer Specifications: The thickness of this embroidery paper dissolve is 20 microns and the size is 9 inches wide and 10 yards per roll (a minimum of 9 inches wide, you may even receive up to 9.75 inches). Leaves your stitches on top of your garment with no itching worries even when used on skin contact. It can also be used on top of a high-profile fabric to hold down its nap or pile. Very popular on towels and polar, sweaters, fleece and other soft knits
  • Easy to Use Application: Hoop the wash-away water soluble embroidery stabilizer together with fabric, then stitch. After finishing your project, just spray the embroidery design with water, and the water-soluble stabilizer will disappear leaving nothing behind but your stitches. Our wash-away stabilizer for embroidery is most widely used in free-standing embroidery applications such as free-standing lace
  • Wide Range of Applications: This tear-away stabilizer embroidery is used on top of a high-profile fabric to hold down its nap or pile. Our stabilizers for embroidery are very popular on towels and polar, and on sweaters, fleece, towels, and other soft knits, it stops the stitches from sinking into the fabric and getting lost. We use material in our wash away water soluble embroidery stabilizer that is non-toxic and acid and lead-free
  • Premium Quality Construction: Water soluble is removed from the completed embroidery design using a spray bottle of water in this water-soluble stabilizer. Superpunch is an embroidery digitizing and supplies company since 1996. As of November 2022, a new and improved water-soluble wash away stabilizer is introduced. Thicker sheets mean less shifting and tears and washes away as easily as the thinner version

  • USA Crafted Quality: Premium backing solution manufactured in the USA, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance for your embroidery needs with superior materials and craftsmanship

Description

Ideal to leave your stitches on top of your garment. This product works by holding the stitches above the fabric during the embroidery sewout process. Applied on towels, polar and other soft sinking fibrous fabrics. Available in different sizes: - 9" x 10 yards roll (White) - 9" x 25 yards roll (White) - 19" x 25 yards roll (White) A TRUE INSTANT WASH AWAY. This stabilizer soft and sheer is a complete wash away stabilizer, leaving no residue. It dissolves easily in tap water leaving to a far tighter definition, while being less messy than firm stabilizers, as fibers hold stitches. Eau Gone is a fibrous wash away stabilizer for free standing lace, fleece and pashmina. Spray water after application and it dissolves. Ideal for lingerie, baby clothing, free standing lace (FSL), Emblems, Napkins, etc. Available in different sizes: - 12" x 10 yards roll (White) - 12" x 25 yards roll (White) - 15" x 25 yards roll (White) - 15" x 100 yards roll (White) - 19.25" x 25 yards roll (White) This product is NOT an instant wash away. It will wash away after a few washes and dissolves faster than a regular tear away. Stitch and rinse is a water soluble tear away that is designed for open embroidery on light cottons and linens. When the embroidery is finished, the excess tears easily away from the stitches and the rest dissolves in water with the first wash. Only some of the stabilizer dissolves leaving the non soluble fibers under the stitching to give the embroidery the support it needs to keep the design looking sharp and crisp throughout the life of the garment. Available in different sizes: - 11.5" x 10 yards roll (White) - 14" x 25 yards roll (White) Measure the area you need and cut with the help of scissors. Place on top of the piece to be embroidered and start embroidery. After embroidery is done, peel off excess stabilizer by hand. Rub gently with a damp cloth or spray water to remove the rest. Cut away stabilizer must be removed by cutting it away and the rest behind the stitch will remain on the fabric for the life of the design. Cut away stabilizer is considered the most stable stabilizer. It is typically recommended for unstable and stretchy fabric such as knits and high-stitch count design. Tear away stabilizers are used when you wish to remove most of the excess stabilizer from the back of the project after embroidery. It was recommended to be used on woven fabrics that have no stretch like quilted fabrics, 100 percent cotton, poly cotton fabrics, linen, vinyl, leather… Fusible Iron On stabilizer has a side with shiny coating which can be ironed to the wrong side to the fabric, so it can be fix to the fabric without a hoop. Using Fusible Iron On stabilizer will prevent stretching of the fabric during the hooping process. No Show Mesh is also a kind of cutaway embroidery stabilizer which will remain forever fixed to your fabric but it is sheer and semi-transparent which is not for very heavy design. It is extremely soft for baby garment and some fabric when soft is a very important consideration.

  • Wonderful for free standing lace designs on my embroidery machine.
Size: 9" x 10 yards
This was my first time purchasing the wash-away stabilizer. I bought it to make some free standing lace ornaments with my embroidery machine. This is exactly what I needed and it works beautifully! It stands up to the heavy embroidery needed for the free standing lace designs and it washes away very well. I have already ordered another roll of it since my first one is over half gone already. I highly recommend this product. I have included a couple photos, one of an ornament just finished and still attached to the stabilizer. The other of two finished ornaments after the stabilizer was washed away. ... show more

  • Love it!
Size: 9" x 25 yards
This is a nice, strong stabilizer. I have been using it mostly for machine embroidery on towels and shirts where I don't like leave in stabilizers. It's also great for free standing lace. I would like to use it for everything, actually. It's the best I've tried. For bulky items I hoop only the stabilizer and spray baste my item over it. No problems whatsoever. Sometimes I have used scraps for topping, and that works well, also. ... show more

  • Economical and easy to use
Size: 9" x 25 yards
When embroidering on fabric with nap, I always use a water soluble topping to keep the embroidery from sinking into the nap. I had been using another brand of water soluble stabilizer but decided to give this brand a try. I am very happy with this SuperStable brand. It is easy to cut and pin and tears away quite nicely after the design is finished. I spray a bit of water on any bits that remain on the fabric. This nine inch roll makes it easy to cut just the amount that I need for my hoop. I plan to continue buying this product and do recommend it. ... show more

  • It's like tear away wash away in one, but not super sturdy
Size: 9" x 25 yards
I am torn about my experience with this stabilizer (no pun intended). On the one hand, it was thinner and harder to hoop than other wash away stabilizers I have used. It's stretchy and thin, so getting it taught without warping is a challenge. The thing I liked about it was how easy it was to remove. I was surprised at how easily it tore away from the back of the embroidery after stitching was finished. It was like tear away stabilizer. To me, this is a nice bonus. There are some things I want to gift people without washing after embroidering and which have exposed wash away stabilizer (like t-shirts). As you can see in the photos, a two-layered jersey and terry cloth item I embroidered came out a little more puckered than it needed to, because of the stretchiness of the stabilizer. But the back looks great because there is no exposed stabilizer. I suppose you could play with this stuff to get it tighter in the hoop or perhaps use it with items that have less stretch and of course not items as heavy as this double layered one (jersey is probably not the best and if I were sewing the double-layered item myself, I'd embroider the top before assembling it with the back piece of fabric). I'm thinking this stuff would work great for the front face of machine embroidery over minky, terry cloth, and other high pile fabrics, to prevent the embroidery from sinking into the fabric. I would pair it with a firmer/less stretchy stabilizer on the back. ... show more

  • Good for embroidering

  • This stuff is expensive - and I wouldn't use it for FSL
Size: 9" x 25 yards
but it's fantastic for putting on top of washable/prewashed silk or velvet. it shreds from needle punctures very quickly so don't use it for fsl, pelon is pretty much king in that department. wash is also very goopy and slimy so do not use it on any fabric that will stain easily when removing with water. it's totally fine on cottons. because of the goopy density it really works well on top of velvet to ensure the pile doesn't get in the way of your designs and holds them very well structurally. If you're using it on any kind of silk it's only useful on washable prewashed fabrics. The goop can leave some nasty waterstaining otherwise except for chiffon. don't use it on silk charmeuse unless you want some nasty stain bleeding. I honestly wouldn't even want to find out what would happen after dry cleaning this stuff. However, it's fantastic on prewashed dupioni or shantung. ... show more

  • Works on terry towels
Size: 9" x 10 yards
Don't wet it to stick it down to velour terry towels and don't use tape. Best to just hold it in place or baste in place. I pulled some of the velour out of the towel using masking tape to hold down. Otherwise, the product is great. I love that it came in a thick ziplock bag. My other roll I added to the bag because it already had a spot on it that got wet. ... show more
