    • Before you assemble

Before you put it together, I suggest disassembling the arm. (Instructions below) the arms literally fell off both my kids chairs within 2 days of buying them. Problem: they used nylon nuts so the nuts wouldn’t back off, but the stud (threaded part) isn’t long enough to reach the nylon part of the nut. Solution doesn’t require money but you need a 1/2” socket or nut driver to do it. Undo the 1/2” bolt on the back, pull the arm off, put the bolt back on and bottom it out to create threads in the nylon. Now remove the nut again, put the arm Back on and put the nut back in place BACKWARDS. Make sure the nylon part goes on first. Tighten it down enough that the arm can still move, THEN follow the directions and put the chair together with the instructions. ... show more
