This is the second chair I have from this company. Really good quality for the price! Customer service is also amazing. It was easy to set up and can be done in around 20-30 min. The only complaint I would have is that it’s not completely comfortable without back support, so I added a lumbar pillow (which was provided by the company from my first chair), and now it’s much better! The chair was also a lot larger than I expected which is great!

The chair was relatively easy to assemble, and the materials look and feel like they are of good quality. The cushion provides a good amount of support, and the design feels nice on my lower back. The armrest can swivel up and down which is a nice option to have.

Took about 30 minutes to assemble alone. Instructions manual very intuitive. Chair is ensembled from bottom up instead of by portions so no heavy lifting required. Only complain is the leg assembly may require a little brute force. Chair is big and comfortable. May need a lumba if you're smaller sized for additional comfort. Repositionable arm rest is a plus too.
