I won’t buy again for a few reasons. 1- the smell is Horrible yes it supposed to be herbal but omg! 2- didn’t feel any heat…. Not sure if I was supposed to?!? 3- the sticky was like rubber cement! I used it on my hip joint and shoulder and dear god I thought I was ripping my skin off! ** if someone was gosh forbid hairy I think they would feel like it was as bad as wax!

This is excellent for pain relief and I am speaking as a retired nurse who stays active. It stays on well. I use it on my neck, back, shoulders,etc. It can be a challenging to put on because it sticks so well. But, if you take a little time, it is well worth being patient. Or just have someone put it on for you. Also, it's a strong fresh smell of menthol. I don't care because it stops the pain for hours! Great value for the money. I've tried other patches and they are not as effective and don't stay in place. At 73 y/o, I've told all my friends to buy it for those senior aches and pains!

Patches are not large at all. Very mild feeling. At first I felt nothing at all, but after awhile, I did start feeling some comfort on my neck. The stickiness feels a bit weird on my neck. It’s ok, but not exactly what I was expecting.
