I'm a shoulder scruncher who works at home on a computer, and so my doctor told me I had to invest in a good desk chair for my neck, back, and to develop better posture. I'm also not comfy in regular desk chairs because I tend to sit cross-legged or shift around a lot. This chair, so far, seems like it will work perfectly for me. It makes me sit with my shoulders down where they're supposed to be, I can do pretty much anything I want to with my legs, and I feel like I'm in the perfect position for looking at the computer screen and typing comfortably at my desk. The cushions are soft and comfortable - I know that there have been others who found the seat too hard, but I find it to have a comfortable level of firmness. The chair rolls really smoothly and I can easily shift the bottom part to the side or push back from my desk. With the two layers and variable height, it is a big chair, which doesn't bother me - If you work in a smaller space, it might be an issue. It does fit nicely under my desk (I have a regular one with drawers), so it doesn't take up space in that way. I do feel more pressure on my low back, but I don't think that's the chair, I think it's my weak core and will improve as I develop better posture. Putting it together was easy and the directions made sense. The box was beaten up when it came, but the parts are packaged well and were not damaged. All in all, I think that this will be a great chair for work that is comfortable, affordable, and helps with the physical issues that come with desk work. I do recommend it!

I absolutely am so happy with this chair! I have had to sit at my computer desk a lot more in the past two years, and, as a result, have had lower back and hip pain ever since. I've tried three different types of chairs, and none have worked. I'm constantly adjusting and fidgeting in my chair to find a comfortable position. This chair is working out so well!! I've had it for about a month now, and love the versatility it has to fit my needs. I can sit cross-legged, with my knees to one side, my feet on the floor, or with my knees on the chair and my chest leaning forward on the backrest. I am so thankful I found a chair that works for me. The only drawback is that the seat is quite firm, so I sometimes place a round pillow on it to sit with more cushion. It was very easy to put together, and I love the soft, creamy cover. Great purchase!

I've only had this chair for a few days, but so far I love it. I've always been a fidgety sitter. My last chair was a special gaming chair with lumbar support, adjustable arm-wrests, etc... but I always found myself trying to contort into crazy positions in it and it was killing my back. I got this chair to fix that. I work remote and am a gamer, so I am regularly at my computer for 12+ hours / day. A few days in and this chair is holding up well and my back feels better. Key details to know: - It is on the firmer side, but personally I like that and I think more cushioning would affect your ability to use it as a butt-rest while kneeling since more cushioning would force a less-relaxed kneel position. - only the chair part moves up and down, not the additional footrest/kneeling piece. - the kneeling piece is quite wide, so if you have a desk that has drawers on the lower section--- you might not be able to sit comfortably near your desk - I recommend using this chair with a standing desk. Then you can modify your desk height to accommodate chair height, which is key for fidgeting about and finding different weird sitting-positions. - I don't miss arm-wrests. I am currently sitting in this chair with my feet square on the support, elbows on my thighs, wrists on my desk, a*s in the seat. Thick thighs are God's given arm-wrests. - Maybe TMI but (due to my chaotic chair-sitting practices) I have a tendency to bleed through pants and whatnot onto my desk chair when I get my period. I got the black faux-leather chair and cleanup is way easier than with other chairs. Fluids wipe right off. Assembly was fairly stupid-proof. Instructions were clear.

I am unable to sit in a normal chair for very long without eventually sitting criss-cross, even if the chair is not comfortable. This would cause my legs to fall asleep from the pressure and other pain. This chair, though, is made for criss-cross sitting and doesn't put pressure on your legs. This has been an amazing, life-changing chair that allows me to sit comfortably for extended periods of time. I also like that the back is curved. It hugs my torso just right so I don't need additional back pillow or cushioning, which I used to always need. One con to this chair is that the footrest is not height-adjustable, so if you have a desk set up where you can't adjust the height, this might be an issue. My built-in desk just barely fits it, and it would be nice to have a few inches of adjustment to make it perfect.

I am a wiggly sitter so bought this to try, but I have low back issues and this did not provide enough support for me. I also wished the seat itself could go lower to be more comfortably used as a chair, but it still sat a bit high. Also thought the seat part would be better larger. 35 years old, 5’9” height, 180 lbs. Ended up reselling on Facebook so I didn’t have to take it apart again. Though assembly was not too challenging, took maybe 30 mins
