  • Fun Effects Built In
Size: Feather Color: Natural Feather
Beautifully designed and lovely sounding ukulele. It has a few built-in effects (echo, reverb) that, surprisingly, work even when the uke is not plugged into an amp. A rechargeable battery is built-in, but it does not come with a charging block. The body is not as tall as my other ukes, which makes it feel less vulnerable to crushing. When used with a strap, it's very easy to sling across my shoulders. ... show more

  • Perfect color, great sound
Size: E6 Color: Pink E6
I was worried the color wouldn't be true to the picture. Actually, it's prettier. The color is a soft pink with a beautiful inlay in a flowing design. The sound is wonderful. The only thing that disappointed me was that it came with a high G. I preferred a low G. I contacted customer service. They were very nice and immediately sent out a low G free of charge. I highly recommend this ukulele! ... show more

  • Just gorgeous! I’m sorry, Enya
I am sorry Enya that I have not been putting 5 star reviews on every guitar or ukulele I have ever bought from you. I think I just got comfortable knowing that if it’s an Enya it’s everything you ever wanted or needed or ever even thought you did. If it’s an Enya…. Yeah, it’s just that good! I could talk about this beautiful ukulele and all the thought and love and artistry that went into it. Or I could just say. “It’s an Enya” I could say it took me awhile to figure out that the cases come with removable neck support for your instrument. I could say that the gig bags are the best I’ve ever had. I could say that every instrument I’ve ever purchased from you has been brilliant. I could say don’t worry about intonation. It’s perfect. Or I could just say “It’s an Enya”. I can’t expect people who haven’t bought your instruments to understand but what I can do is copy this review and paste it up to every beautiful guitar and ukulele I’ve ever bought from you. For me “It’s an Enya” is all I need to know. Thank you! ... show more

  • Internal Buzzing Issues
Long time ukulele player here. I bought one of the 5-string acoustic+ ukuleles and it immediately buzzed upon playing. I checked the action, nut, bridge, and even opened the bottom battery compartment to see if there was anything loose inside. I found nothing out of the ordinary but there was considerable buzz on all four strings. I sent it back and got a replacement. For the first day, no buzzing. Day two I was having the same problem on a completely different instrument. I doubt this a coincidence and my best guess is that there is some issue with the actuator inside the Acoustic+ system causing it to rattle. You might have better luck with a uke that doesn’t come with an Acoustic+ system but for now I can’t leave a positive review because two duds in a row is not reliable. Otherwise, it’s a really beautiful instrument; I think there is some factory issue going on here. ... show more

  • So Disappointed
I was so excited to receive this ukulele, and when I saw the large box that Amazon had shipped it in I was glad to assume that it had been shipped properly. Sadly, when I opened the box I saw very little padding around the inner box in which the ukulele was placed, and this led to the inner box opening inside of the shipping box which led to things shifting around and getting banged about during shipping. I'm not sure if this added to the poor state of this ukulele, but I am mentioning it here because Amazon really messed that part up. I mean, is this why the electronics did not work? Nothing happened when I tried to turn on the Acoustic Plus, and since no directions were included in the box I didn't feel comfortable trying to give it a charge. I suspect that I was given a returned product that was missing the directions. Oh, and the inner box was damaged...the corner is crushed and there's a hole in it. On top of this, the ukulele itself seems like poor quality. The surface of the instrument has a tacky feel, several of the frets are sharp, and the nut is so poorly fashioned that a burr is cutting into the A string. It didn't take me more than a minute of touching this ukulele to know that I was going to return it. For all I know there's other things wrong with it but I don't want to give it any more of my time. I'm just so disappointed. EDITED TO ADD ONE MORE STAR - Because I know that some other people are happy with this ukulele and maybe this was partially Amazon's fault. ... show more

  • Looks aren't everything in an instrument.
I thought the instrument looked beautiful but for me that's where it ended. The double low G string was too resonant and the electronics I thought were poor with a lot of distortion when plugged into an amplifier
