Excellent sauna. Main priorities for me: 1) Run on 15 AMPs 2) Compact 3) As much heat as possible! 🔥(preferably multi-spectrum) 4) Low EMF My favorite part is the HEAT it generates. The max I can set it to is 149 (though during its hottest stage it will intermittently go to 150). It takes like 20-25 minutes to reach this temp. Once I have opened the door and gotten situated, I will need to toggle the heat back up again, & I need to keep toggling it back up during the session but that isn't a big deal to me. The sweat is pouring off me in 10-15 minutes. You need lots of towels! 😁 Re EMFs, once it is fully heated up, the reading on my meter is <1.5 mg, with occasional temporary spikes to <2.5 mg. Note that before it is heated to the max temp I set, the readings go as high as the range between 2.5 and 10 mg (my meter doesn't state the exact mg) The bluetooth & both lights work great. Once assembled, there were no issues at all with everything functioning properly. This sauna does not have an ionizer. All of the heaters are carbon except the two ceramic on the side for the knees/legs. The breaker does not trip when using the sauna. We had our handyman assemble it, but it looked easy enough for my husband and I to do it. So far, I am very glad I took the chance with this product. In a previous home I had a custom built hard-wired infrared sauna and I thought nothing could compare but this one is just as good heat-wise!

The ENSTVER arrived in three boxes with curbside delivery, totaling about 195 lbs. Packaging was straightforward and everything arrived in good condition. Assembly was easy and took me about an hour to complete solo, with clear instructions and well-aligned panels. The unit feels solid once assembled, not flimsy or cheap. The interior heater layout appears to combine carbon panels with ceramic heaters near the legs (5 carbon, 2 ceramic). Controls are simple and responsive. Overall, first impressions are positive for a compact 120V infrared sauna. I’ll update this review after spending more time using it. EDIT: update after some sessions: After multiple sessions and measuring with several meat thermometer probes placed in different locations, I found the internal sauna temperature sensor reads roughly 20°F higher than the actual air temperature. The heater stops at 149°F and restarts at 145°F, which would be fine if the sensor were accurate, but because it reads high, it cycles earlier than expected. There are ways to manage this, but it’s something buyers should be aware of. So far the unit has been reliable overall. The controls are slightly clunky: the same buttons control both heat and volume, which can be confusing at first. Bluetooth works well, but it has to be manually turned on each session; it doesn’t stay on BT mode when the sauna starts. The speakers sound a bit flat, though honestly better than I expected at this price point. Height is comfortable for anyone up to at least 6'2". Width is fine too, though larger individuals may want to consider space carefully. Overall still satisfied, with a few quirks.

Got rid of the hot tub and decided to go the FAR Infrared Sauna route. After weeks of research and comparison to stores, and even Sams Club, we settled on this particular brand and size for our upstairs workout room/bedroom. All I can say is these folks who fabricated the wood, ran the wires, and everything else were super meticulous and excelled at attention to detail! Everything lined up perfect, all the wiring and electronics are top notch. At just 1250 watts, it didn't trip the breaker or anything like that. All 7 hues of light work, sound system is outstanding (radio, bluetooth, usb), the 7 heaters get it warmed up fast, and you'll be sweating in 10 minutes! We only set it to 130 for now, it goes higher. The glass door is heavy tempered, and all the wood was smooth, no splinters. So 2 big thumbs up on this. $700 for a little, real wood 1 person sauna with all the bells and whistles is way better than $2000 and up!

I’m over 6 feet tall and this was extremely roomy and comfortable for my height. I did not use the included chair but others have. The quality of the material is flexible and light which is good because it is a snug fit once assembled. The instructions were very easy to follow and set up was easy overall took about 12 minutes. Can be set up alone but is easier with 2 people. Once set up it was just a matter of waiting for the water to boil and create steam. All of this comes in to play when considering it was less than $100 (had a couple when I bought it) so its value packed for the price. It also comes with a remote. The remote turns the unit on and off and moves the shut off timer forward or back. (Wish it included the battery cr-2025) only other thing I would change is the length of the cord from the unit to the wall. Should be longer. Overall definitely a sauna like atmosphere for less than $100, would recommend
