I have read a lot of reviews about this printer. I was concerned about a lot of people saying it worked great for a day, and then stopped working. I also read that there was a lot of issues with clogging. Further research led me to believe the issue is not the printer, but the ink that comes with it. I tested the ink and had clogs and issues. So I cleaned the system out and put in a high quality ink in and I have had zero problems since. I even let it sit with the new ink for 7 days with the circulation system off and did not shake the ink with zero problems. Do yourself a favor and buy a better ink. I had zero issues with the ink clogging after those 7 days. Think ink will not only clog, but it will kill your print head quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but I am gonna be real, that software was a nightmare. Work to the wise, pull BOTH usb's in and leave them plugged in when you set up the software. The directions for the RIP software was for a different program then what was on the disk which made it confusing. ... show more

Do NOT buy this printer. Its awful. Nothing but problems since day 1, and customer service is in China, so even getting in touch with them is terrible, because of the time difference. And, that communication only happens through WhatsApp...aside from that, the printer sucks. Ive had mine over a year, and it's worked maybe 2 weeks since buying it. TOTAL waste of money. And a refund is out of the question, regardless of when you bought it and when you ask for a return. They won't refund you, and won't offer a replacement. Just do not waste your money on this.
