Anytime I’ve needed customer service, the response has been quick and helpful. Everything I’ve printed has come out beautifully. I originally bought this printer to replace one that gave me nothing but headaches. I wasted so much money trying to get that old one to work, and the customer service experience was terrible. I received my printer a couple months back and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I love the printer. It works seamlessly. When it first arrived, I had some trouble getting the settings setup correctly. I contacted Jack through with customer service. Jack has been amazing! He walked me through the process and got my printer running smoothly. I received a new laptop for Christmas. Guess what? I again needed help getting the settings correct. I reached out to Jack and again, he helped me. He made sure that I could print several different pictures before our conversation ended.
