Engwe Ease 2 Pro Mobility Scooter is great for getting around. I really like the sturdy construction. The welds on the frame are all clean with no rough spots, the paint is smooth with no missed spots. The mechanical parts; the motor gear box, the axles and the front wheels steering assembly are all very good and the alignment adjustment screws on the front wheels has the quality check marks where it was inspected. The wheels and tires are of good quality. The seat is comfortable and includes arm rests. The electronics and lights are all easy to operate. The forward and reverse handles operate smoothly and using the speed adjustment dial it's easy to control. They are mounted on the steering tiller which can be tilted as needed for the rider. The lights are super bright and there is a red light on the rear. The battery is easy to remove and is so light it's great to take and charge anywhere with the included corded charging unit. I like that I can get a second battery and have it charged, ready to use and it can be stored on the scooter to change out if needed during an outing. The manual is easy to understand. The scooter is delivered in a very well padded box. There is some assembly required but there are several videos about the scooter that fully describe the unboxing and assembly which is also very easy. It took me about 90 minutes to unbox and read the instructions and fully assemble the scooter. I found all the parts and there is a pouch containing the tools needed to assemble the scooter. Everything needed is well packed and included. Finally, riding the scooter is actually fun as well as helpful to get around. I like it so much that after I got this one and used it, I ordered the second one for my wife who also needs one. We already have 2 other mobility scooters but they are about 3 times as heavy as this scooter and we need a hitch mounted crane to put them into our van. The Engwe scooter is light enough for me to just lift the front wheels up onto the deck of the van and then lift the rear wheels and roll it in. These new scooters will be replacing the heavier units. I would recommend this scooter.

I love my “little red scooter”. I only wish the rooms in my house were a little larger to use the scooter more conveniently in my home. It did come with one missing arm; however ever the pleasant and efficient customer service personnel got one sent right out to me. All parts work appropriately.

This is a great little scooter! I bought it for travel after having my ankle fused. 4 months non-weightbearing would be too hard with only crutches. I’ve used it on two trips, and it’s awesome. It folds easily and is small enough to put in a fairly small trunk. It only weighs 40 pounds, so my husband can load it and it rolls right up into our SUV. It’s easy to fold and, after a call to the airline, I rode it right into the airport, through TSA security (they know what to do) and right onto the jetway where we took the key, folded it, and they loaded it on the plane. It was right there for me when we got off. Folding and unfolding literally takes 30 seconds. It’s also fast enough to keep up with anyone walking with you. It moves easily and it’s easy to adjust. The turning radius isn’t the best, but it’s adequate and I’m very good with 3 point turns. The seat isn’t the most comfortable, as it was built for traveling light, not comfort. I added a gel cushion, and that works fine. The other amazing part is their customer service has been great. I had a problem on our trip where the battery wasn’t connecting well, and they immediately sent a video showing me how to properly connect. It’s worked great, and the error was mine. I highly recommend this mobility scooter.

I am under the weight for this product, but find it poor use in a house. Turning radius is not satisfactorily for an American house. I will not purchase this product as a replacement. Ii WILL PAY THE RIDICULES return price, but the replacement will not be this product.

Disliked that there's no instructions for assembly. The online video was the solution. Vendor should supply a QR code to point the customer to the correct instructions and a list of parts! When assembling rear wheels do the little safety wheels before the large rear wheels. Also, be careful that the "key" (little rectangular metal thing on the shift that fits into the rear wheel slot) *doesn't fall out* I bumped mine and it fell onto the floor. Folding is MUCH easier if you remove the seat back pad and place it on the floor where your feet go. We have high hopes that this will make her visit to Disney more pleasant. Seems well built. I was pleasantly surprised. When my wife finally uses it. We'll revisit this review. Feb 2025 - The wife just got back from her trip and was pleased with the scooter. She offers that it would be better to have a two stage head light, "One bulb" the "All bulbs" to save the battery where a super bright light isn't required. We agree that a "Backup beeper" wouldn't be a bad idea. In short, we are still pleased with the purchase.
