Engwe Ease 2 Pro Mobility Scooter is great for getting around. I really like the sturdy construction. The welds on the frame are all clean with no rough spots, the paint is smooth with no missed spots. The mechanical parts; the motor gear box, the axles and the front wheels steering assembly are all very good and the alignment adjustment screws on the front wheels has the quality check marks where it was inspected. The wheels and tires are of good quality. The seat is comfortable and includes arm rests. The electronics and lights are all easy to operate. The forward and reverse handles operate smoothly and using the speed adjustment dial it's easy to control. They are mounted on the steering tiller which can be tilted as needed for the rider. The lights are super bright and there is a red light on the rear. The battery is easy to remove and is so light it's great to take and charge anywhere with the included corded charging unit. I like that I can get a second battery and have it charged, ready to use and it can be stored on the scooter to change out if needed during an outing. The manual is easy to understand. The scooter is delivered in a very well padded box. There is some assembly required but there are several videos about the scooter that fully describe the unboxing and assembly which is also very easy. It took me about 90 minutes to unbox and read the instructions and fully assemble the scooter. I found all the parts and there is a pouch containing the tools needed to assemble the scooter. Everything needed is well packed and included. Finally, riding the scooter is actually fun as well as helpful to get around. I like it so much that after I got this one and used it, I ordered the second one for my wife who also needs one. We already have 2 other mobility scooters but they are about 3 times as heavy as this scooter and we need a hitch mounted crane to put them into our van. The Engwe scooter is light enough for me to just lift the front wheels up onto the deck of the van and then lift the rear wheels and roll it in. UNSAFE & DEFECTIVE SCOOTER — INSULTING CUSTOMER SERVICE Review Text: Do not buy this mobility scooter if you rely on it for independent movement or safety. I purchased this scooter in February, and it has an intermittent, severe electrical or mechanical defect: it randomly fails to engage and move. This does not happen all the time, but it happens frequently—even after the scooter has been turned on and in use for a while—leaving me completely stranded at the most inconvenient and potentially dangerous times. When I contacted their service department, I sent them video proof of the malfunction in three different file formats to ensure they could see it. Their response was a complete failure to stand behind their product warranty. First, they told me to wait 10 seconds after turning it on (ignoring that it shuts off while already in use). Then, they sent me a basic video showing me how to turn on the scooter and pull the handle. As a capable adult who relies on a mobility device, I have never been so insulted in my life. Sending a patronizing "how-to" video instead of addressing a dangerous mechanical failure is completely unacceptable. They either do not know how to fix their own product or are actively trying to evade their warranty obligations. Unless ENGWE corporate immediately reaches out to resolve this with a full refund or a complete replacement unit, I will be pursuing an Amazon A-to-z Guarantee fraud claim and a credit card chargeback. Avoid this brand. They do not stand behind their products and treat their customers with absolute contempt. ... show more

Uhit is exactly as offered Lightweight and portable. my driveway is steeper than the unit is rated for but it climbed the hill with no problems. Would recommend the unit to anyone needing a little help getting around in shopping centers or parks.

The box arrived on time and was undamaged. It was easy to put together. I used the video on-line to assist me. The batteries charged up just fine. I drove it about 4 times up and down the block and it works great. With 4 wheels it is a very stable ride. I put it in the back of my van by setting the front wheels on the bumper and then picking up the back wheels to roll it in. Then, once it was in the van I locked the tires so it won't roll back and forth while I am driving. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to load it or take it out of my minivan by myself but it worked out just fine. Love the modern Lithium batteries - light-weight and small. I bought this scooter to keep my husband and I going and doing things. I don't want us to miss out on events that require lots of standing or walking. I can see it as being a nice thing to have at the airport- so glad it is airline approved. I think this will keep us from feeling sore or worn out on trips. ... show more
