Sounds like a Western movie. Worked for a 45 days then died. Instead of designing this product with user replaceable fuses, the fuse is soldered to the internal board. The product is under warranty and I did get an RMA to return it postage paid to PowerBright for repair. PB still may declare operator error then demand payment for repairs. I will find out. Cheaply built to not have a swappable fuse. Profit before quality in this case means customer carries the risk with simply operating the inverter. Specs states it has "Smart Chip Protection" with an image of a chip. Specs also say "Thermo Operated Fan", with an image of a fuse. Fuse immediately blew on a 32F day when plugging in a cord. Specs state all sorts of electrical protection. Blowing a soldered glass fuse is not what a reasonable person would call a protected product. It's the difference in having an inverter available after fuse swap and being without an inverter. In my case, I'm without an inverter and had to buy another as I wait for RMA repair.
