I received the complete product in two different shipments due to logistical difficulties. However, both boxes arrived DAYS before the delivery date provided!!! When I received the first box with only some of the parts, I thought they had made a mistake by not including all of the parts, so I contacted them. Within a couple of hours, the seller replied explaining that the entire item would arrive in two boxes to be delivered in different days. The second box arrived the following day. It was super easy to assemble it, took 5 minutes, literally. And the final product is more than I expected; great looking chair, super comfortable, very wide (I'm 6ft tall), perfect as a work chair/station. Would definitely recommend buying this product and from this seller. And to answer a question that I received of whether the cushion is good, because in every picture people post, it looks wrinkled and baggy... the seat cushion is very nice and firm (not baggy at all). In my opinion, it looks wrinkled and baggy in every picture we post, most likely because all pictures are from the very first day the item arrives, when the cushion is still uncompressing, because it does come compressed in a bag. Easy to assemble. I’m 74 and did it by myself. It’s very comfortable, with plenty of room for me and my stitching supplies. The arms provide space for books and remotes. I love sitting sideways, legs tucked up, and watching a movie.

Delivery was quick. As others have mentioned the product comes in two boxes. For me, they came in one day apart but well before the estimated delivery date. Assembly was simple, and the overall quality of the chair is good. I find the bottom cushion to be especially comfortable. The only negative I have is with the back cushion, I did not find the amount of padding out the box to be sufficient. However I stuffed an old pillow in there and now have no issues. ... show more

These are BIG and actually super sturdy and firm! I've ordered furniture online many times and it's often hit or miss. The seat cushions come vacuum packed but fluff out big and comfy yet firm. Decent quality, the back is very low so very little upper back support. The cushions are very thin and sliding the pieces together was near impossible, it’s so tight you can’t see them lining up so after about 60 attempts I got it to finally fully fit together, and I’m a very handy person and put stuff together all the time, not sure if mine was just slightly out of alignment or not. Absolutely shocked by the quality of these chairs. I bought one and my husband loved it so much that we ordered a second. He’s 6’5” and loves the amount of room in these chairs. They are super easy to put together (<5 min), arrived earlier than expected, the fabric seems easy to clean. No piling or pulls yet (we’ve had for about 5 months). The media could not be loaded. Omg! These sofas are beyond beautiful!! They are similar to RH sofas but for not even quarter the price! For the size, I would say that this chair is a chair and half. The fabric is very high quality and the frame structure is great quality! It was very easy to assemble as well, no tools were needed (except to a small Allen wrench to screw on the legs but it was also included in the package). The measurements of the chair are exactly as shown in the description. I bought two of these and upon receipt, I immediately ordered the long sofa as well! I would highly recommend this sofa! I am obsessed with my big comfy chair. It was so easy to put together and it is so comfortable and provides a ton of support. I would recommend scotch guarding the chair before use, as the white color shows stains easily, but otherwise it is perfect!
