The media could not be loaded. I’ve wanted an elliptical for a while now but was always intimidated by setup and maintenance. Finally decided to get it and I honestly wonder why it’s taken me so long. Setup was not a big deal! I put it together mostly all by myself (needed husbands help connecting one small part because it’s easier and faster together) but It wasn’t difficult! Took me an hour - two tops. Heads up, it is heavy so I suggest setting it up in the room you’ll want it in. The handle bars are tall which is great for couples like my husband and I. I’m short and he’s tall, the handle bars accommodate us both rather than him bending down to reach as in some other machines. That’s his favorite feature. Mine is the resistance level. It is surprisingly intense. Half way point has my heart rate up and the top resistance is a struggle. I like to change it up mid workout and with the dial it’s easy to adjust. I’ve used various elliptical machines at different gyms and this is certainly at that professional level, but it is perfect for at home use. I also think it’s less bulky than the ones at the gym. The machine was easy to put together came with all the required tools which were great. I had to have my husband help with a little extra muscle once in a while, took around 2 hours to assemble with coffee breaks. Holding up great and fits all sizes of people. We have 4 users in the house ranging in weight and size from teens to 250LB adults and all fit the strides and handlebars comfortably. The size of the machine was also appealing to us we didn’t have a lot of extra room but wanted something durable and worked out really nicely. I bought this elliptical to use indoors when the weather prevented me from exercising outdoors. When I first received it, I could only use it for 10 minutes. After building up my stamina, I now use it for 30 minutes and get a great workout. It is constructed well and very quiet. In fact, I watch television while using it, something I couldn't do with my loud treadmill! ... show more

    • This is an outstanding fitness equipment
I am pleasantly surprised with itl. Its small and compact and exactly what I wanted. Its easy to fold, move and put away. Very quiet, belt runs smooth. Nice dashboard with just enough information on it. I actually like the fact that its very simple to use. Very happy and satisfied.

easy to put together. No loose pieces, they are attached to the part where it is needed. great size, folds and can fit easy in my closet. displays speed, distance, pulse. A fantastic basic bike!

I have it in my living room right next to my couch so I can watch tv with my girlfriend while she sits on the couch. I was impressed with how quiet this is , we don't even turn the volume up on the tv. Obviously it does have some noise but she says the noise doesn't bother her at all.

took much longer to assemble them I thought. Lightweight is good and bad. Stronger machine would be better and last longer. Lighter would be easy to move but you have to lift the whole unit up to get the rollers to work.
