Good power cord. Wired correctly for NA receptacles and devices with 120V IEC C14 inlets. 14AWG cable makes it also suitable for larger equipment like copiers, HEDT PCs, amplifiers, and power supplies, but be aware that the C13 connector does not have a marked current rating, so it might be good to treat it as 10A if used for continuous loads, just to be on the safe side. The jacket is a bit stiff, and I don't think it will ever rest or coil as nicely as in the promo pictures. Massaging the bends has helped.

The standard power cable is frequently too short. This long cable has made it far easier to do my installation easier. aside from that, there is very little one can say about a wire.

I needed an extra long power cord for my Yamaha amplifier and this 8 foot one does the job perfectly. 14 gauge is more than adequate, the insulation is thick, and the block fits in the back nice and snug. And the price is very reasonable. 5 stars.

This PeloFamily Power Cord is an excellent, heavy duty 14 gauge power cord that will safely power pretty much any appliance that has a C14 three-prong power cord inlet receptacle, such as a desktop computer, amplifier, etc., meant to mate with a C13 three vertical slot connector, which is an industry standard for many grounded 120V appliances. The male end of the cord is the standard NEMA 5-15P three-prong connector that plugs into the wall sockets found throughout your home or office, as long as they are grounded outlets with NEMA 5-15R three-prong receptacles. (Some older homes may not have grounded outlets unless they have been rewired and updated.) What's unique about this cord is that it is 14 gauge and 8' long compared to the more common 16 or even 18 gauge, typically 6' long power cords that come with most appliances. That extra heavy wiring is particularly great for appliances like an amplifier, heater, A/C unit, etc., (oh, and don't forget the Peloton Treadmill that's advertised in the product title, of course) that you know are high wattage. Bigger wire means less amperage/heat and is better for the appliance as well as the outlet and wiring that it's connected to. The specs of the cord are clearly labeled throughout the length, and I've also provided a pic that you should be able to zoom in on and read, at least in part, but I can save you from all that squinting. Here are the specs listed for both USA and China: (UL) E469948 SJT 3C 14AWG (2.08mm2) VW-1 105°C 300V C(UL) SJT 3C 2.08mm2(14 AWG) FT2 105°C 300V TONGJUN. Love these heavy-duty power cords!
