I paid a significant amount for this ceiling fan, expecting it to be a high-quality, reliable product, especially given its price and the impressive specifications. I even had it professionally installed, assuming that it would just work seamlessly. Unfortunately, upon installation, the fan did not operate at all, which was hugely disappointing. This clearly indicates that the product was not tested thoroughly by the manufacturer before reaching customers, as it did not work straight out of the box despite professional setup. While the fan’s design and features look promising, the lack of initial functionality was a major letdown. Other reviews I came across mention that similar high-end fans from ELEHINSER sometimes have issues either initially or over time, which raises questions about quality control. If the product had worked immediately and performed as intended, I believe it would be worth the high price because of its large size, modern look, and remote control features. Unfortunately, until the manufacturer ensures rigorous testing and quality assurance, I cannot confidently recommend it to others based solely on the promised features.

I really like this fan. I generally use the fan at #2 (of 6) speed and can feel the air circulating throughout the room. I was slightly disappointed in the light because I thought it was fully dimmable, rather than just 3 settings. But now that I am used to it, I'm quite pleased. It lights up the area - warm for dining, bright/brighter for reading and working. The LED light failed very quickly, however, they replaced it immediately with no hassle. I've rarely had such responsive customer service. Kudos!

Why are you not responding to this review?? We do NOT have a light for our Elehinser fan!! What are we supposed to do with a fan but no light in our den?? PLEASE HELP US!!!! Our fan light stopped working after only 3 months and WE CANNOT FIND A REPLACEMENT LIGHT!! WE NOW HAVE NO LIGHT IN OUR DEN!! Where do we get a new working light for our fan??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW??!! I SENT THIS OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND WILL KEEP SENDING AND POSTING UNTIL WE GET A NEW LIGHT FOR OUR FAN!! PLEASE RESPOND!!! Everything has been working great on our fan and we really liked it until today. After using it for only 3 months (it was delivered April 24, 2024) our fan light will NOT go on. The fan itself works but the light does not! 3 months??!! That’s not good and we do not know how or where to get a replacement for the light. What can we do?? Please help! I bought the fan a year before we put it up we’ve had it put in 3months ago and right off started having issues with the light not wanting to stay on would turn off and on by itself and now doesn’t even work then we had some shuddering issues when you would turn the fan on which then caused the globe to fall off is there a fix to this problem or do I need to get a different brand

I bought this fan for our small Garden Market and it is PERFECT! We chose the 72" fan for the size of the room and slope of the ceiling - it fits great! It keeps the room cool without the use of the AC, which was one of the main reasons I wanted a fan. That's almost unheard of here in GA where it's not only hot, but humid. It's also super quiet. I would advise that you have help putting it up because of the size, but installation wasn't hard at all. So far, this fan is doing exactly what I bought it to do, and I am very happy with it.
