After your model is complete, put them in a container full of water and shake it or wash it under the faucet if you prefer. Save your time and save your money. Usage condition : 1) Shake up the bottle before use and avoid direct sunlight and dusty environment 2) Do not drink it and keep it out of the reach of children 3) Please wear a mask and gloves when using to avoid direct skin contact and maintain indoor ventilation 4) If you got skin contact, please wash away with waters immediately, and if you feel discomfort, please see a doctor ASAP. 5) Once the model is complete, please wash it with water for 30 seconds at least and dispose of the waster properly 6)If you don't use the resin, please do not leave them in the resin tank over 48 hours or put them back to its original bottle and seal it. So I've been printing for a while, with a bunch of different resins and this one is the most interesting. I found that while the models are water washable, the resin vat is not. I still had to use IPA to clean it adequately. On to the models, so this resin works excellent! That is if you aren't printing anything too thin. I've found in a few different prints that the thin parts, even after curing, are still too brittle. Much more so when compared to "cheaper" resins. But really this is only a concern if you print small miniatures, like I do. I will still use this resin since it works well in all the other aspects. It's just those couple of weaknesses I noticed. EDIT I retract my statement about the prints being more brittle after curing. ... show more

I've had great success with this resin. No problems with cracking or anything else. Proper printer settings and supports ensure no issues in my experience. As for environmentally friendly, I don't think that's being 100% honest. Their own MSDS report shows the following that I urge you to read and follow, but TL'DR is at the end: 6.2 Environmental precautions: Do not allow product to reach sewage system or any water source. Do not allow to enter sewers/surface or ground water Section 12: Ecological information Literally all info in this section is essentially marked as "No info available" but then you get to section 12.7 and find it stating it's poisonous for aquatic organisms. Section 13: Disposal considerations Disposal must be made according to official regulations. AKA, contact your local waste disposal to get rid of the excess AND the stuff you've washed and hopefully have in a container and didn't just wash it down your sink drain So, TL;DR... great resin, make sure you wash and dispose of the remaining wash particles properly in accordance with your local laws and regulations. No seriously, do it unless you want water like Flint, Michigan. ... show more

I'll admit I am new to resin printing so, take this as a new user speaking. First off, anyone else notice this stuff fluoresces under curing lamps?... (Kinda cool.) I REALLY like the fact I don't have to have tubs of alcohol laying around. Odor is far less than the "normal" resin as well. Both HUGE pluses in my book. But I have had issues with sticking to the build plate and some failed prints in general... (Nearly one in each of the 4 or 5 runs I've recently tried... I will re-level and make sure to really SHAKE the resin this time (I had a failed print half way up, which I've never had before.) I will also add some time during slicing.) I will update in a week or so to see if this was just inexperience on my part, or something is different with this resin. At nearly twice the cost of the other stuff... I'm right on the edge whether this is worth it or not... If I get the failed prints sorted out it will be (without a doubt) and become my new standard resin. ... show more

    • Easy to handle Resin, Not easy to use

My experience with this resin is rather mixed. I gave it a 4 star rating anyway because I am absolutely certain that if the kinks, or intended uses were better advertised, I wouldn't have ran into the issues that Iran into. That being said the good is as follows: Low Odor Easy to Clean Beautiful Color Settings for curing are standard The bad: Very fragile/weak - I used the Photon S Test object that is a lattice cube and half way through the print it broke of at the base due to force adhesion. This was also using an FEP film in the vat as I have been unsuccessful using PET so far. The fragility of the material after it is curing or during the print process makes the cost prohibitive to users that need 100% successful print, with little overhead cost, or "experimentation" with settings. This also makes all prints by default take longer (if the solution is simply longer cure times 12 sec vs 8 sec). That being said, the final product, with a successful print, is wonderful and would be ideal for solid, non thin, non fragile prints such as busts, parts, solid minis, etc. It is not ideal for lattice designs, or overly thin structures, consequently this would be ideal for supports... I suppose having written this, it sounds like a 5 star rating, but for the cost, and true applications this can truly accommodate it isn't *quite* at the 5 star rating. If the fragility issues didn't exist I would 5 star this hands down, no further complaints! ... show more

I saw this resin just by chance. Since I was printing at home, with no good workshop for cleaning, I thought I'd try it. I am thrilled by the quality of the prints. It is equal to the standard resin that I was getting. Supports are just as strong and easy to clean, detail is identical, and cleanup is WAY easier. I use a wash tub and some water. I have a couple of them and I let them evaporate away before cleaning. The only thing I can't determine is tensile strength. I asked Elegoo for a rating on their resins (hardness tensile strength, etc) and I didn't get a solid answer back. I wanted a comparison between standard, ABS like, and water washable. I did try printing an XBox kinect mount and it was too brittle, but once superglued to the kinect, it threaded onto the mount just fine. Anyway, with COVID and the lack of alcohol available, this is the ONLY option I would choose. ... show more

Yeah, it really does wash clean with water! No problems with the recommended settings on an Elegoo Mars. A little more expensive, but you save some $ on cleaning solution, so it might even out.
