Tried multiple times to print using the full range of recommended temperatures. Each time, after a few minutes of printing first layer, the filament failed to extrude. The extruder gears began to eat into the filament. At first i blamed thr printer. Cleaned printer extruder and replaced nozzle. Same results. Then tried printing with one of my known good filaments. No problem. Perfect print. Back to the drawing board. Adjusted my bed to nozzle height a little higher and that appears to solve the problem. Also found that 230C works as a good temp (recommended range 200C to 235C). Seems this filament takes some adjustment to the printing setup if you have problems printing. I have another box I bought at same time so will try it and see if I get same result and have to check adjustments to printer.. Note: This was a freshly opened filament. Package was still vacuum packed. Also, note that filament stuck to heated bed like PETG, probably due to higher printing temperature. ... show more

I love how this filament prints and flows. The coextrusion is fantastic. Only caveat is it's pictured on a plastic spool and it arrived on a carboard spool. The vacuum pack on the spool was so tight it bent the cardboard pretty bad. Luckily I have reusable empty spools and was able to transfer it so I could use it.     • Needed to increase my print temp to get the reflectiveness I wanted.
Color: 500g X 3 Silk Silver/Copper/Gold
These worked out surprisingly well. Granted I did have to increase my print temp. to 230c to get the shine and reflectiveness I wanted. If you print at 200c, the Gold color won't have any of that shine or reflectiveness and look more yellow than anything. Once I increased to 230, came out nicely. The Silver came out great and the Copper has more of a Reddish-brown hue to it, kinda makes me think of something akin to bloodied cooper. Printed on a(P.O.S.) Ankermake M5 at 230c and 150mm/s and .08 layer height. Your Printer may vary, mine has some sort of Z-axis problem, thus, the layer height being so small. ... show more

    • Not compatible with Bambu Lab AMS. Will print from external spool mount.

Love the look! BUT as of this review the spool isn't compatible with Bambu Lab AMS. It's too small and won't roll properly. It WILL mount and print from the external spool holder. Only four stars because of this compatibility issue.

    • This filament prints beautiful objects.

My first reel of multicolor filament and it not only prints very well but the objects look beautiful, much better than a plain single color. Of course I don't want to print everything in multicolor, some things are better in a single color such as a speed loader etc.

    • Great quality prints, wish the gradients were a little more subtle
Color: 250g X 4 Silk Rainbow Bundle
After a temp tower for just one color, I was able to set up some slicing parameters for all four colors that work really well. I've had no issues with stringing or adhesion at all, and even the fine details on prints come out great. I wish the gradient was a little more subtle, as it can change from one color to another almost completely within a layer or two depending on the size of the print and infill, so it can end up looking a little more striped than gradient, but only a few of my really large prints have had that issue. No me agrado que el color oro, trata de obstruir la boquilla, fluye menos o es mas denso o algo así, me toco desarmar el hotend para poder sacar el filamento, y da problema para extruir, lo otros colores si funcionaron bien. en cuanto al acabado si es bueno y cumple lo que uno desea con estos colores dorados. ... show more
