There's nothing about this product that I don't like. It prints very nicely without stringing or globing. I'm printing at 205° with a 0.40mm brass nozzle on a 60° Anycubic Ultrabase bed. Sticks tight while warm. Pops off easily with mild hand pressure when cool. Smooths out to the appearance of sanded hardwood and takes lacquer nicely. My ONLY criticism is more like a suggestion. How amazing would this product be if it had small variances in color. I'm thinking it could give a very realistic impression of organic wood grain. This is a spendy filament but I consider its performance and appearance well worth the additional cost. I'd be happy to spend a little more yet, if It were offered with a wood grain color fade.

I bought this filament with very low expectations. My last dance with the devil that is wood filament was awful, constant clogs. So I wanted to try once again a year or so later because there was a model that was just dying to be printed with wood. I have to say I am VERY pleased with this filament! It prints like a dream! The adhesion was great, the red wood just looks AMAZING. I then bought some mahogany gel stain and test stained a few pieces and it looks even better!! The prints took stain great with no sanding whatsoever. This filament really changed my mind about printing with wood filament in the future. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Rough around the edges. This filament has Great color and texture but when printing with the FlashForge Adventurer 5M there are issues that occur during long prints, luckily I was sitting next to it when it started and I was able to "correct" it. will buy again in larger rolls (these are small rolls FYI) when I upgrade printers.

The wood filaments are wonderful and if done correctly on the printer the quality is great and no clogging problems. It has the smell of real wood and the appearance of the product looks like it was carved and made from wood!! I absolutely love the wood filaments but have to expect it’s higher priced!!

It’s wood filament. It’s great. The bamboo and walnut really are passable for wood. It’s not really sandable, or not in a wood-looking fashion. Probably could be stainable but I never tried. Black I expected to think was stupid but it’s kinda neat. Idk it’s cool. will probably buy the walnut once I run thru these.

Being somewhat new to 3D printing (2 months) I read the reviews on this filament and all the clogging issues and possible fixes, but I still wanted to try it because it looks great. Alas .. I have the same woes with it as many others have with clogging and failed prints. I first put it in my dryer and got the humidity down below 10% .. loaded it up (the cherry wood) and tried my first print, a small cross pendant and that worked great. After that I tried a longer print (about 7 hours) for a small animal bust figurine, and the printer head clogged 1/2 through. I cleaned the tip, turned up my nozzle and bed temp a little and the print almost completed this time before clogging. After the third attempt failed again (adjusting my temps lower this time). I think I am going to put this away for a while and move on to other project until I have more time to fiddle around with the different printer settings. This is definitely NOT a beginner filament. And so far, it is the only one that has given me much trouble at all. (all my earlier issues were user error while I was learning my printer). The second thing to note, the sample pack contains very small spools which have been hard to mount easily on my filament spool holder on my printer (they like to wobble around without figuring out a way to stabilize them). I will just stick to 1K spools from now on. I rated this a 3 star because it has been a pain to get to work, but I have hope to figure it out. I will update in the future is I figure out anything that works for me.

I love wood filaments! And these are fantastic. Sanding and finishing makes them look fantastic, people mistake the prints for real wood. I’ve used much more expensive brands with higher wood percentage that may look and feel more like wood and sand a little more easily, however these are MUCH stronger, Much easier to print, and print MUCH cleaner, so there’s less post processing to do. Great product.
