Honestly I didn’t expect much at first, but this scooter turned out really good. It was easy to set up and super simple to use, even if you’ve never used one before. I’ve been riding it almost every day, mostly around the neighborhood and when I take my dog out. It’s actually pretty fun and saves me some walking. The speed is decent, not crazy fast but definitely fast enough for daily use. Battery life is solid too, I don’t have to charge it all the time which is nice. Also it’s not heavy, so moving it around or putting it away is easy. So far no major issues. For the price, I’d say it’s totally worth it. I use it way more than I thought I would.

The scooter also has front and brake lights they will be very helpful at night and the bell is a nice touch for riding around pedestrians. Bought as a Christmas gift. Kid loves it. Speed is adjustable through 3 levels and the first two are perfect for safe speeds. One month in, it started throwing error codes and would not operate. I reached out to Maxshot and they had me check wire connections. Once verified all was well with those, they simply sent out a new hub motor/wheel. They provided instructions on how to replace it and this was an easy job with little frustration. The scooter is a run of the mill scooter. Works well, has headlight and brake light. What really sells this one is the support and how well they stand behind their product. You never want to need support, but this group is who you want when it happens.
