I returned this fridge because it was so loud and had a bright green light that kept me up at night and couldn’t be turned off. It did seem to keep skin care cool, but it was too annoying to use for more than a few days. I would not recommend buying this.

So small yet gets cold fairly quick. I tried the heat mode (yes, it has a heat mode as well... although I'm not sure why) and it works to keep things warm also. It works and that is all I could ask for. It is small and compact... easy to travel with and comes with 2 separate plugs where you can plug it into the wall outlet or into a lighter port in a car. Very nice to have and it also comes with a lighted mirror on the front door. Easy to use touch button with 3 light modes. Not much space inside but it'll work when we go out for a little trip. It definitely will not hold 6 cans unless you take out all 3 shelving options it comes with and even then... you may have to stick with just putting 4 in there... but hey... at least it works. For the price, though? No, I would have been very upset when getting it in if I had paid that much for it. However, fortunately I didn't and I was blessed to have the opportunity to review this product. I still give them a 5 star because of the functionality of it. But they could have made it a bit bigger... to easily fit 6 cans inside along with still having the shelves in there as well. ... show more

I have to admit I have been wanting one of these forever. Where I live, it gets "warm" (aka hot) and most/many houses don't have a/c. We do but the units are portable and don't cool all the house. In the summer, my solid lotions melt along with some of my skin care products. In the winter, my skincare products can harden, which isn't that big of a deal, but it's nice to have the option to not have them do that. Our bathroom is upstairs, the fridge is downstairs so this is ideal for upstairs! For me it's not to keep drinks cold, I don't really care about that, it is to even out the temperature for my toiletries that need it. For that, it works perfectly! Right now this is in my upstairs office (which also gets hot) and it is right next door to the bathroom. While I'd love it in the bathroom, we don't really have room for it there right now. I feel like this has the makings of something decent but it's missing a couple design elements that really makes it functional. First off, going in, I knew this wouldn't be good for keeping food cold since it says it only goes down to 41F (and you should be keeping things below 40F for food safety). But I was hoping it would be good for keeping a drink cold at my desk, and maybe if the hot feature was good enough, it could be good for keeping a soup warm while I'm busy working. The way it seems to work is that the back panel has a small heating/cooling plate, and the whole refrigerator is meant to warm or chill just from that. I think if it had a fan inside to circulate the air, it could accomplish this, but it's not strong enough on its own for simple thermal conductivity and diffusion to balance out the temperature throughout the whole cabinet. What you get is a hot or cold back of the refrigerator and a room temperatureish front of the refrigerator. Now, I realize I only had food and drink in mind, and this is meant to hold makeup as well. This might be good for stabilizing temperatures a bit for that purpose if you live in a relatively extreme climate, but that's not my situation so it's not something I really think of bothering to do. Also, since there's no fan inside the refrigerator, it's susceptible to getting a bit humid in there, and you'll have to be wary of mold if you turn it off. And by the way, you can actually turn it off while plugged in. I thought that was a nice feature that they added since most fridges I've used just run whenever you plug it in and the only way to stop them is to unplug them. Finally, one last gripe. The kickstand feature was a really nice thought and it was one of the deciding factors on me getting this. But it turns out, it doesn't mesh well with the weight balance of the refrigerator. Opening the door makes it tip sideways off one of the feet and then the whole thing falls sideways and backward. If you fill the fridge completely it seems to solve the problem, but I was only planning on putting one or two things in there at a time so I'll never get there. ... show more

I ordered this with the intention of using it for my skin care products. I have sensitive skin and wanted to try applying my products chilled, but my regular refrigerator is downstairs away from my bathroom which just makes it really inconvenient. This little unit couldn't be easier to manage. IT doesn't weight much at all and you can carry it easily with the handle on top. I plugged it in and it was cold within about 90 minutes. It includes a plug that works with a cigarette lighter so it could easily be taken on the go. It would be perfect for a bedroom, office, cubicle, etc. It has a heating function that I haven't used, but I suspect it works well given the rest of the unit does. It doesn't make any noise and comes with little shelves to help divide the space up and utilize it better. Overall, I am very pleased with thus purchase and I think it will meet my needs well. This would also be a great gift for a girl or teenager given the pink color. ... show more
