I had previously bought a wood pellet oven, but I had to return it due to a problem with the blower. Then I saw this one. After receiving and assembling it, I found it very sturdy, and the workmanship was also very good. I have been using this grill under various conditions (smoking, grilling, etc.) for several weeks. I really like it. The Blatomic temperature is accurate, and it will stabilize at around 30 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit within the set temperature. I bought this smoker for my husband. He did spend quite a lot of time assembling it, but was very satisfied with its workmanship. So far, he has smoked chicken legs, pork tenderloin, hamburger meat and beef breast. He smoked beef breast for our Memorial Day celebration, and the guests all said it was the most delicious beef breast they had ever eaten. The husband is also proud of himself! This week we will also use this smoking oven to smoke chicken breasts. I like its lid... Because its lid is made of stainless steel, it is very corrosion-resistant and durable.
