I was pleasantly surprised—this scooter exceeded my expectations! It’s fast, but honestly, I wouldn’t want it to go any faster. On my first day alone, I put over 15 miles on it. The ride is incredibly smooth, and the performance is impressive. If you're into quick, efficient rides, this scooter is a great choice. The battery life is solidI rode it for 30 minutes and still had plenty of charge left.The lights are great for riding at dusk, and the build quality feels very durable and well-made. Just a heads-up: the brakes are sensitive, which is good for safety, but you’ll want to be gentle squeeze too hard and you might launch yourself! My husband and I both enjoy riding the scooters and we’re very happy with our purchase. Helmets are a must since they can go pretty fast. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a fun, reliable way to get around.

Short review: I'm 65 and I've never had an E- Scooter, ( I have an E-bike ) but my neighbor has one and it looked like fun. I bought this one because it looked nice and had good reviews-and a great price. It arrived very quickly...in perfect shape..packaged super nicely/securely. Very easy to put together..just 4 screws where you put the handle bar in. A good quality tool comes with the screws to install ( screws have locktite on them so they will never get loose )..super simple to put them in...and it's nice there are 4 screws because they lock the handle bar securely in place. The control panel is very easy to use..nice big POWER button..one push and it's turned on..another push turns on the lights and you're ready to go! You can download an App on you're phone for more features..BUT THE SCOOTER WORKS WITHOUT THE APP if you want it. All the materials fit and finish appear to be high quality. The battery comes fully charged..so I took it out for a ride immediately after putting on the handle bar. The controls are great! Easy to use AND I HAD A GREAT TIME RIDING IT. It runs smoothly and it's easy to balance..it has nice power and went up a small hill no problem. Love it!!!! 10 out of a 10! The instruction book ( just like EVERY OTHER INSTRUCTION BOOK ) is small with small print but it works. And truthfully I don't think most people would even need it, unless you want to use the App).

This electric scooter is great. It can be folded up and doesn't take up any space at all, making it very easy to fit into the trunk of a car for transportation. It also has dual shock absorption, so you won't feel uncomfortable when riding on the road. Moreover, it can be connected to a mobile phone app. Its lights are particularly bright, allowing you to see the road clearly at night. The speed can be controlled by yourself, choosing the speed you need. The digital display makes it easy to know the battery level and other information. I love it so much. With it, I don't have to walk to nearby places anymore.

I would say 3.5 stars. I tried today for the first time where I would normally walk approximately 1.5 mile round trip with a couple of minor inclines. Fully charged, it took me 19 minutes to complete the round trip. It would not exceed 8 mph on flat surface. When going up the little inclines, it reduced to 6-7mph. Once I returned to my vehicle, I checked the battery life and it only had 37% left after riding approximately 1.5 miles for 19 minutes which means it does not get 12 miles on a full charge, at least not for me. I am 5’1, 181lbs. I would say this scooter is ok, probably more suitable for a young teen, or someone who works in the city but has to park a ways from their work building on flat surface only. I will keep this for my grand kids and get something that has more ability to go up small inclines without sucking the battery life away. I only bought this for camping so I could ride to the shower houses which requires uphill walking . Bad hips just cannot do the uphill walk anymore :(
