This seller is knowing selling defective products and when you have to pay to ship it back it breaks even. Do they keep their money and you have a literal worthless piece of metal.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!! it does not go to top speed i have it in sports/speed mode and it maxes out at 10mph but when i step off and hold it in the air and press the throttle it goes to 22mphs no problem when im not on it im not sure if mines was defective but i am very disappointed with my product and dont recommend purchasing this

The media could not be loaded. The first time I unfolded this scooter and took it down my street, I couldn’t stop grinning. I’ve had scooters before, but this one actually feels like it was made for grown-ups who don’t want to waste time sitting in traffic. It’s fast enough that I breeze past cars crawling at lights, but not so fast that I feel out of control. The suspension makes all the difference. Usually my neighborhood’s cracked sidewalks rattle my teeth on a scooter, but this one smooths it out so well I can actually enjoy the ride. The solid tires are a blessing too—no more worrying about flats halfway to work. I wasn’t sure how much I’d use the app at first, but I find myself checking it almost every ride, whether it’s setting the speed mode or just tracking how far I’ve gone. And I love that it folds in seconds. I’ve carried it onto the train and tucked it into the corner of my office without anyone giving it a second glance. Between the lights, the dual brakes, and the sturdy build, I feel safe zipping around at night. Honestly, I thought this would be a “fun weekend toy,” but it’s turned into my main way of getting around town.

*9/16 the company contacted me and said they will send a replacement** *9/17Replacement has been sent- delivery due 9/23* On the 3rd day it broke and the stem came loose while my nephew was riding it. Luckily he wasn’t going too fast and was able to walk it the few blocks home. I can see that the part was installed incorrectly at an angle and cause the part to fail. The screws are stripped as well as the bracket is bent. Otherwise we really liked this scooter and the way it handled but I can see it wasn’t assembled with care. I’m also very disappointed that they don’t send a replacement- I have to send it back, printing out 2 labels and then I have to wait for my return to process to get a refund. I purchased this so my nephew could get back and forth to school but now we don’t have a way for him this week, and have to buy something else. Very inconvenient.

This is my first electric scooter, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have to say the customer service has been outstanding. The scooter was easy to assemble—just a few screws to tighten. I did notice a small paint chip right away, but after sending pictures to customer service, they responded within 12 hours and quickly helped me resolve the issue. As for the scooter itself, I’m very happy with the ride. It’s enjoyable to take out, and the power is quite impressive. I’m glad I trusted the high reviews when making my purchase. Overall, I’m very pleased with the performance so far.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second scooter and I’m so impressed. The stability and speed is amazing. I can’t believe how smooth this is and how much better this drives than my other scooter that cost twice the price. This is a load of fun and a great little transport for buzzing around the neighborhood or wherever you want to go. By the way, this thing came pre-charged and all I had to do was fold up the handlebar and lock it in place. Can’t get much easier than that. Love the headlight. What a great added touch.
