The media could not be loaded. This cage is pretty awesome, I have a Sony A7IV and it's Ideal for it or actually made for it. It doesn't cover any of the sections you need access to, like the battery, SD Card, or connections. It has a lot of holes to attach any additional accessories. It also cold shoe sections on both sides of the cage.

Style: without Handles
Got this for my A7iii, wasnt sure if it would fit. But it did fit nicely! Not all the mounting screws will work, but as long as you screw in the bottom one, the camera is safe and secure in the cage!

I owned several camera cages, but so far, I have to say this is one of my favorites for my Sony A7III. It fits perfectly and looks great on my camera. The possibilities are endless; I can easily mount monitors, shotgun microphones, wireless microphones, extra batteries, and more. What I really love most besides the price is the stability the handle grip attachment provides. This really made a huge difference to be able to use both of my hands to stabilize my camera when shooting videos. I also like that at the bottom of the handle and the cage, it provides two keys (a hex key and a second key) attached with a magnet to tighten and loosen screws when needed. So overall, if you are looking for a cage for your Sony a7 III/a7 IV/a7R IV/a7R V/a7S III/a1, this is a good quality cage at a great price to consider.

I'm a big fan of Neewer products as reasonably priced, well-made alteratives to more expensive "name" brand alternatives. I am currently using this cage on my A7IV, which I use as a B-cam. It has everything you would expect from a good quality cage--solid construction and a myriad variety of 1/4-20 and 3/8 mounting holes, along with ARRI locating holes. The two included handles--top and side--are rugged and ergonomic (using a side handle is a game-changer, in my opinion). As with other cages, this one comes with a small magnetic screwdriver that attaches to the underside of the cage. The cage doesn't intefefere with the battery compartment, card slots, audio or hdmi ports, hot shoe, trigger release or other buttons and dials. The price is fair compared to SmallRig and other alternatives.

The Neewer Camera Cage is well described in the listing. It fits my Sony A7r IV perfectly. The cage sits firm to the base without securing the shoulder strap slot screws. Both the side handles and front handles are designed for a confident grip. There is an abundance of different threaded holes and cold shoe mounts to configure the rig for nearly every eventuality. The Arc/Swiss mount is very helpful. Access to batteries, SD slot and input/outputs is easy with the cage on. I hate to sound like an advertiser rather than an skeptical reviewer - As with other Neewer products the parts are well machined and elegantly designed. Thought went into the construction of this cage.

I've been using this for a month now, I thought it would be great to have extra areas to attach accessories as well as more options for handling my camera. Over the last month I have to tighten the screws almost every time after using it. The cage blocks the hot shoe so I can't attach my speedlight. Handles won't stay tight. Waste of money.
