Pleased with this scooter as a entry level budget option! I live in a city, bike frequently (as means of transport), and use public transit regularly. I wanted a "last few miles" option to be able to take onto transit, as my bike is a bit too awkward to do so. This is my first scooter and I wanted a budget friendly option to start with, purchasing this on sale. This scooter is quite heavy at ~34 lb, but still fairly easy to carry either folded or upright (grabbed handlebar + deck) and fine to carry 1-2 flights. The handlebars are the most awkward part when carrying but get easier with practice. It feels solidly built and the folding mechanism is solid, firmly clicking in place with a safety lock on the latch. When folded, the locking piece could be better designed as it feels a little weak - and I had to loosen/adjust angle to properly use. Scooter has bright front and rear lights (that also glow brighter on braking) and I like the incorporated turn signals. The app is glitchy and disconnects frequently but gives additional access options and lets you set sensitivity for the throttle and breaks (which stay set to last setting even when not connected to the app). I use it only for managing these extra controls and seeing total milage data, then manage lights/speed level on the scooter (all done by clicking the power button). The scooter rides smoother than I expected given the solid wheels - the shocks definitely help, and it's worth it for my use to not have to worry about popped tires. I'm extra cautious on uneven surfaces, sand, and wet surfaces, but so far been riding without any slippage. On the fastest mode, I find I can get 16/17 miles as my top speed on flat smooth surfaces - less than advertised but also plenty fast for an urban area. I don't think I'd be comfortable going faster especially with these tires. I was impressed that the scooter handled slight hills better than I expected, though haven't done anything excessive (and live in a fairly flat area). I had to adjust the brake sensitivity as I found the default too harsh, but it now works well. So far, the battery has held up well, not needing to be recharged after a few rides, but I'll update my review as I get a better feel for full battery range with typical real-world use. It was well packaged and received in perfect condition. Assembly was easy (you attached the handlebars to the top) and they provided hex keys.

Absolutely amazing scooter! My daughter is so happy — she rides it every day and doesn’t want to get off. The LED wheels light up beautifully and make it look really cool, especially in the evening. The pink color and design are very stylish and fun for kids. It feels very stable and safe thanks to the wide base and three-wheel design, which gave me confidence as a parent. The speed is perfect for kids — not too fast, but still exciting. The build quality is solid, and everything feels durable and well-made. Battery life is good and lasts long enough for daily rides. It was also easy to set up right out of the box. Great combination of safety, quality, and fun. Definitely worth it — highly recommend!

I bought this electric scooter as a birthday gift for my son, and he loves it. It’s rechargeable; he’s been riding it for a week—basically an hour a day—and hasn't needed to charge it yet. The speed is adjustable, and it’s very easy to learn to ride. I was worried my son might fall, but that hasn't happened so far. I’m not sure how it will hold up in the long run, but for now, I’m very satisfied ☺️.

I am reporting this product due to major safety concerns. My Volpam scooter developed a structural failure where the metal frame began separating from the deck, making the scooter unstable and unsafe. I weigh 180 lbs, which is within the stated weight limit, so this should never occur under normal use. This is not an isolated issue. Several other customers have reported the same scooter snapping in half, causing injuries and hospital visits. This strongly suggests a recurring manufacturing defect. In addition to the structural hazard, my unit also had multiple critical failures: • The brake assembly fell apart while I was riding, and I had to fix it myself just to be able to stop the scooter. This is an extremely dangerous defect. • The brake light stopped working within the first week • The throttle failed completely and had to be replaced • The battery performs poorly, requiring daily charging even with minimal rides These failures — especially the brake falling apart and the frame separating — raise serious concerns about the scooter’s mechanical and electrical safety. The seller only offered a repair, but the frame is structurally compromised, which cannot be safely repaired unless the entire chassis is replaced. Because this scooter presents a real risk of injury, I am posting this to alert Amazon’s Safety Team. This product should be reviewed due to repeated defects reported by multiple customers.

I recently purchased the 350W Volpam E-Scooter, and I have to say, it has completely exceeded my expectations! Right out of the box, I could tell this scooter was built with high quality materials! It feels sturdy, durable, and well made. I initially bought it to commute to work and get around my city, and it does exactly that with no issues at all. One of the biggest surprises was the speed. It’s so much faster than I thought it would be! The acceleration is smooth, and it handles inclines well. The battery life is great, and I can comfortably get where I need to go without worrying about constantly recharging. The ride is also fairly smooth for the most part, It only gets rough when going over cracked areas in the pavement of the street, but thats not that big of a deal. Another thing I love is how reliable this scooter feels. I can already tell it’s going to last me a long time, making it a great investment. The braking system is extremely responsive! It only take a little love tap haha. The tires provide a solid grip, and the overall design is sleek and modern. If you’re looking for a dependable and fun electric scooter for commuting or just getting around, this is an excellent choice. I’m already planning on purchasing the upgraded version in the future because I love this one so much. Highly recommend! 9/10

After spending a few days with the Volpam scooter, I can say it’s a solid entry-level scooter, but it definitely left me hoping for a little more. I wanted to share both the good and the bad so potential buyers know what they’re getting into before pulling the trigger. I’m a college student looking for an affordable way to get around my college town — something with decent speed, solid range, and a price that wouldn’t break the bank. On paper, the Volpam checked those boxes. In practice, it’s a mixed bag. Let’s start with the downsides, since there are a few worth mentioning. The 350W motor just isn’t strong enough for most people’s needs. Even small hills make it struggle, and while the advertised top speed of 19 MPH is technically possible, that’s only under perfect conditions — flat road, full battery, no wind. In real-world use, expect around 16 to 17 MPH. The acceleration is slow, and I often had to push off with my foot just to get it moving. The ride quality is decent on smooth roads and small bumps, but without any suspension, it really struggles on curbs, cracks, or uneven pavement. Bigger bumps feel harsh and can even be unsafe at times. For a $200 scooter, the build quality is actually better than expected. However, just two days in, the rear end started making a loud squeaking noise that I still haven’t been able to fix. The digital display is another weak spot. It’s inaccurate when showing battery levels, which led to unnecessary range anxiety. I had to keep checking the app on my phone for the real percentage. To make things worse, my screen arrived scratched with air bubbles under the surface — not a great first impression. The mobile app is functional but basic. Commands respond quickly, but the locking feature makes no sense — it locks the scooter, yet doesn’t let you fully power it off. It’s a frustrating design flaw. The headlight feels like an afterthought. It’s barely bright enough for night riding and not something I’d rely on. The rear brake is overly sensitive at first but oddly weak when coming to a complete stop. It just feels inconsistent. Now for the positives. The cruise control feature works great. Once enabled in the app, it maintains speed without having to hold the throttle constantly, which makes longer rides much more comfortable. The battery performance has been solid so far. Even though the screen doesn’t accurately display how much charge is left, I’ve been able to cruise around comfortably on a single charge. You won’t get the advertised range, but that’s typical for scooters — real-world range is usually about half of what’s claimed. Overall, this scooter is a decent option for someone who just wants to get from point A to point B without spending a lot. But I personally found myself wanting more. I’ll be returning it and upgrading to a better model that offers more power, higher speed, and stronger build quality. If you can stretch your budget a bit, I’d recommend doing so — because once you start riding, 16 to 17 MPH never feels like enough.
