This was a present for my daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed the scooter, took full advantage of the range, and the freedom it gave her. She was riding it every day. Unfortunately, encountered an early life failure where the handlebar meets the deck. That seemed unusual. We reached out to customer service and they were very responsive, asking questions to better understand the scenario. They are providing a replacement to accommodate. Expect that this was not normal so looking forward to getting the replacement so that she can go back to riding it around the neighborhood and to the local stores. I bought this scooter to get back and forth from work and I will say that this thing is incredible for its price. I have rode this in the rain, across various terrains and weather conditions and it performed very well each time. While the black color does show all the mud and gunk built up it is easy to clean and maintain. Being able to fold this scooter allows me to take it almost anywhere I please which is convenient for someone with no car. Battery life is solid, for a low budget scooter you can get FAR before your scooter dies. Overall if you need something to get you from point A to C this is definitely it.

1 star is for customer service. I ordered the scoot and the item was sent out late and arrived late also. I contacted the seller to see if I can get a refund for shipping but they claim the cost of shipping is due to packaging cost however the box that the scooter arrived in was the box that the sellers in China sent them, not their own packaging. As a paying customer I should’ve been treated better. Now the scooter itself is a 10/10 I would definitely buy again just not from this seller. It’s easy to assemble and use, it’s good quality and fast too. I added a bake trailer to it to carry stuff but that requires a little extra tinkering. Update: Scooter doesn’t have a 21 mile range at all battery depletes after 2.5 miles even after full charge.

The media could not be loaded. So far I give this scooter 5 stars. It was fairly easy to put together. Be aware the direction of the handle prior to tightening the screws, when placing the phone holder put it on where the tightening clip is not in the way of the accelerator. The handle snaps above the rear wheel with the clip that’s on the handle bar when folding it up. It’s built tough. The frame is sturdy & the wheels are solid. I’m a grandmother & I was able to ride it with ease. The phone holder & locking cable were recommended and purchased with the scooter. This scooter was purchased for camping purposes. The video shows me riding it on our gravel drive. It weighs about 25 lbs and folds up nicely. It will easily fit in the back of the Mazda CX30. It’s looks stylish and the speed is safe with 3 levels & cruise control will be nice for long rides. Not sure about the length of the battery life yet but if it’s anything like the rest of the scooter it should be sufficient. Enjoy your ride.

The scooter is great. Easy to assemble, goes fast, gets you around town and is basically silent but I have some complaints. The scooter slows down as you ride. On a full charge the scooter has amazing torque and hits top speed no problem but as the battery depletes to around 80% the scooter loses a lot of torque and its top speed is lower. Second, the motor braking. I like the motor braking functionality but it’s way too strong. I already flipped over the handle bars like 8 times just by tapping the handle. Third, the delivery price. It’s basically the same price for the scooter. $95 dollar delivery is insane. Other than those things I do recommend getting this scooter if you are new to e-scooter riding and want a budget friendly scooter.

I really do like this scooter. It has made my life a lot easier to get around when I don't have the money or can't afford to actually move around. The price of the scooter is also worth it. I'm going to give this rating of five out of five because it is a smooth ride it has great speed fun to ride and is very functional it is somewhat lightweight but that's because I'm a lighter person when it comes to my weight and the only thing I can really say anything negative about this scooter is the app does not have English language everything is in an Asian language my suggestion for the seller of this scooter is to make an app in English
