There have been a few issues such as the charger not working properly and the battery not holding a charge as it should, however, product support has been very helpful and willing to resolve the issues. 10/10 totally recommend!!! Perfect!! We got this for my daughter for Christmas! There are presets that can minimize the max speed and it has cruise control! My daughter is 9 years old, 4 foot 7 inches and 90 pounds. My father was able to ride it easy and he is 6 foot and 260 pounds. We almost didn’t buy it because of how fast it goes but we can set the max speed to 8 or 16 which is really nice and gave us peace of mind. There isn’t any noise except for the very loud bell! I would say depending on the child’s maturity, ages 8+ this would be perfect. My 50 year old dad had just as much fun as my daughter. It is easy to charge and easy to set up!     • So I wanted to scoot over for so long and I did it and I love it
I also ordered my son one. This is a great scooter. I am 50 years old. I weigh 200 pounds and it was very easy to ride. The only thing I could say negative about this and it’s not really negative. It may be a user problem but the handle going down to the base of it. They’re real wiggly. I guess you could say there’s no tension really and like I think it may just be a me thing or or house scooters are because I’ve never owned one before, but they are fine. They are fast. They have their own app. They have three writing speed. You can lock them so no one could unlock it. I guess if they stole it, but most importantly, they are fun and fast that I say fast they do definitely go the speed that is described. I haven’t wrote it much but plan to during this good weather we’re having and will update as far as battery life and miles with that life, but don’t hesitate live.     • Scooter is great. Seat is uncomfortable and moves a lot
Overall the scooter is amazing, easy to assemble, goes very fast unless your going uphill, my only complaint is that the seat hurts A LOT, its better riding standing up, sitting down i feel like I have to hold myself from falling
