This scooter was a problem from the moment it arrived. It was defective out of the box and would not even power on due to incorrect factory wiring. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, long response times, and constantly changing instructions. I complied with everything they asked. I was instructed to troubleshoot, test components, and eventually open the scooter and install replacement parts they mailed to me. I did so carefully and exactly as directed. The scooter still did not work. After that, they suddenly claimed the issue was “water damage” and said the warranty no longer applied. This accusation is completely false. I live in the desert and the scooter has never been exposed to rain, puddles, or moisture of any kind. The only reason the scooter was opened at all was because they told me to open it. No evidence was provided. It was simply used as a reason to avoid taking responsibility for a defective product. Initially, they refused to accept a return at all. Only after continued pressure did they agree to a refund and instruct me to ship the scooter back. I returned everything: the scooter, all accessories, and both chargers, packaged properly and in full. Despite doing everything they required from start to finish, they issued only a partial refund of roughly 50%, keeping the rest with no reasonable explanation. After weeks of compliance, delays, and wasted time, I was left with no working product and only half my money back. When I purchased this scooter, the reviews showed around 4.5 stars. They have since dropped to 3 stars, which strongly suggests many other customers are experiencing similar issues. The pattern is clear: defective products, exhausting “support,” blame shifted to the customer, and financial loss even after returns. This company sells unreliable products and does not stand behind them. If something goes wrong, expect endless back-and-forth, accusations to void the warranty, and a fight to recover your money. I would not trust this vendor with another purchase. ... show more

  • Great customer service for technical issue
Style: Z01
The scooter seems to be well made and sturdy. We had some issues getting it to power up because we missed connecting the wiring harness but after emailing the company's customer service it is now working properly. Customer service was very prompt and very helpful.

  • The A11pro weighs over 36 lbs
Style: Z01 Ultra
This for the A11Pro. It's heavier than 28 lbs advertised. 36.6 lbs by my estimate. The scooter arrived damaged. The back fender was bent against the tire and one of the blinker lenses broken. Those were fixable but the weight was a key factor my scooter selection. Side lighting pictured red in the ad is instead flashing green lights that are overly bright. Maybe get used to but theres no option to turn off or change color or dim it. There is also no cruise control or way to lock it electronically. Even via the app... would be my complaints. Otherwise it's a very nice scooter mechanically. I took it around the block and it zipped up to 23 mph and the blinkers are great. Loud beeper I wasn't sure loved but you wouldnt leave on by mistake. I like that the blinker buttons are left and right instead of stacked. But then I picked it up realized how heavy it is. For me. 36 compared to 28. If you need long range scooter and dont need to carry it much than this might be for you. Also note for anyone else unboxing this scooter needs to be UNplugged to power up. Doesn't really say that in the instructions. Return so far has been difficult sending to 3rd party seller that did not provide pre paid return label so for now I'm also out $60 to send it back. 42 lbs. I'm grateful for Amazon a-z. ... show more

  • Great first e-scooter! Especially for kids.
Style: Z01
This is a great starter or first e-scooter. I had trouble figuring out how to make the latch hold after collapsing the handlebars. The trick was to tighten the screw on the opposite side of the lever just enough that, when you raise the latch, it's tight. Once I figured that out, everything else was great. It's lightweight, easy to store, and the lights look great and keep you visible at night. ... show more

What can I say it's okay for the price yet really depends on the road conditions the battery is kinda bad if you go full sport mode the battery drains fast in normal is okay and in eco mode welp it's alright if your wanna go in longer trips or rides with this I recommend save for a better one with more miles built in suspension and better wheels ... show more

  • (2) deficient scooters - 1 broke on the second ride
Style: Z01
The media could not be loaded. Just got the scooter as a gift — actually two of them — and both have issues. For the first scooter, it does not close correctly when folded. It doesn’t snap into place, and when it does, it releases itself if you lift or move it. The battery life also isn’t great; I rode it for roughly 30 minutes and it was already about to die. This scooter is fine for a quick errand or going somewhere close to home, but I wouldn’t recommend taking it anywhere that doesn’t have easy access to a charger. Turning the scooter while walking it also isn’t smooth — it moves best in a straight line. It’s heavy, but that was expected. The app isn’t bad, but I was expecting an app specifically designed for the scooter, so my expectations weren’t fully met. Speed-wise, it goes fast and is fun, but there are too many drawbacks. As for the second scooter, it broke on the second ride. I was going about 10 MPH and the handle and pole bent while riding. Luckily I caught myself before falling. When I stopped and inspected it, I noticed a metal piece (which I assume keeps the pole locked in place) had broken off inside, and I was holding it in my hand. This was only my second time using the scooter — the locking lever was engaged — and my first ride was just a quick lap around the block. Please consider prioritizing quality over quantity. The price may seem reasonable, but I would rather spend a little extra money and have no complaints than save a few dollars and end up writing a long, disappointing review. To whom it may concern: if you are reading this and can help resolve this issue, please reach out to me ... show more
