The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using this product and honestly it's not bad for the price it surprised me as well as far as the pressure it produces for a electric power washer it managed to take the scum off my driveway even before I soaked it with solution. Honestly I expected weak pressure and leaks but to my surprise it was pretty decent no leaks, adequate pressure, took 15 mins to assemble, worked perfectly fine after sitting in the box for about a year before I actually used it. The only cons I can think of is you gotta aim the wand about an inch from the ground to really see a good clean finish cause it's not super powerful so therefore it should come with a extended wand attachment and the other con is the hose isn't crazy long so your gonna have to move it back and forth. ... show more

    • Will not honor defective wand owned about 7 months
Will not replace defective wand on pressure cleaner. Numerous emails and they will not replace without a video which I finally sent and they said it would not open. Their advice today contact amazon.

This power washer was pretty useless. Right out of the box the ground fault attachment was broken. I can hear something rattling inside of this box, meaning there is some type of electrical short. Pressing the reset button will sometimes illuminate the LED, but usually not, meaning the item won’t run. I tried to do a simple return on Amazon and the seller only will to give me back one penny. Literally, $0.01. They also want me to ship it back to China using an unpaid postage label, which would cost more than this pressure washer is even worth! I would recommend avoiding Homdox as well as this pressure washer. ... show more

The unit tripped the internal breaker immediately when we first turned on the unit. After several attempts to fix the problem failed, we requested a refund from the manufacturer. They requested a video of the problem (which we felt would not be useful) and offered a small sum if we would keep the unit and have it repaired locally. We repeated our request for a mailing label and refund. They provided a return address but no label. We had to pay over $55 to return a defective item. I received the power washer - assembled to find that the product has NO pressure - my hose has more pressure than it - clearly the one I received is defective. I went to return within a day of receiving and have gotten all these messages to keep it w no refund and send me a 45 credit - this vendor will NOT pay for the shipping to return a product that was received defective- stay away !!! ... show more

This is an awful product. It broke within an hour of use. I tried returning it but the buyer is requiring me to pay the shipping back to China which is about as much as the refund. Even then, I wouldn't burden the cost of the shipping without knowing if they'll even refund me or just keep the broken pressure washer to resell it to someone else. ... show more
