Only downside is the instructions are not great and the legend of what the materials are is on the reverse side of the one page of instructions making it nearly impossible to use the right screw on the right spot the first time. The team who was in charge of creating the instructions need to be fired. I've worked with very few instructions as poor as what was provided with this product. They NEED to put a little more effort—it wouldn't take much—into providing better instructions. Pictures are terrible as they do not have enough details to know which part of the part it's talking about and copy/ink is so bad in parts that you can't hardly read the text. However, once you get past the obvious inadequate QA team's fail this—or owners way of cutting cost—is really a good product for the cost. Not the strongest wood by any means but for adults that will take care of it, it should last a long time. At this point (only 2 weeks in) it's been plenty sturdy. ... show more

Update: I found the phone number on amazon and called the manufacturer and left a message. I also wrote the prior review. I have heard from nobody yet. I havent had this experience w amazon before but I'm not happy with the support for this purchase. So now what??? Original review: I have not even assembled this item yet but I'm writing this review while all the parts are on my floor. The box arrived damaged but didnt seem as if that would have caused the mess of loose parts in the box or the pieces of wood which are broken. Not one bolt or screw was in the empty open bag. Nothing is labeled. Not one part and not one piece has a letter or number to identify whats what. I've gone thru the horrible instructions which say 30 mins?!?! It is a huge mess! Bonus...there is no phone number to call for help or parts...an email?!?! Really??? I'm not happy at all. :( this is my worst amazon purchase so far. Packaging and labeling parts w clear instructions are actually very important. Please fix. ... show more

I love these chases around my pool. I have a resort style pool and these chairs with added cushions add to the staycation feel of my back yard. I especially like the little table that pulls out on the side. They were easy to assemble and are just as nice as pictured. Fairly good piece of furniture for the price. I don't expect these to last too long given their construction. The instructions are not great but easily managed. Screws are too close to the same size and not marked in the package or on the screw that I could find. Instructions list them and show a photo which kind of helps. One of my chairs had a misaligned screw on the tray glide. It is very difficult to slide. The other one, the tray brace was broken off in the box and the wood the nail goes into was pretty chewed up and I could not reattach it in the same place where it goes. The prop up legs for the back rest are very flimsy. I don't see those lasting long at all. They are also a little more rustic than I was expecting. That is probably my fault for not looking closer at them. The wheels roll but not very well. The screws etc to put them together are a little primitive. You have to leave them a little loose for the wheels to roll. The rubber on the wheels is just a flap of rubber around wood. They do roll though. I will try to update this if I find they are sturdier than I think but I just can't see the wood lasting long and staying together with those screws and other hardware digging into it. And since both chairs had a problem on arrival, I can't give a higher rating than a 3. Again, okay product for the money. If I wanted super fancy chairs, I would expect to pay more. ... show more

Previously purchased Ikea outdoor furniture and the legs came loose after installation & it only lasted for a couple years before rotting. Looking to purchase more from the same supplier.
